[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — IMPS transaction debited but not credited to the recipient

Respected Sir/Mam,
My name is Luqmaan Gani, bearing account number [protected]. On 1st July I made an IMPS transaction of 91500 Rs from my account and the transaction status was showing SUSPECT and on 2nd July I got a SMS mentioning the amount has been debited from my account and came into my statement, Its been 5 days now and the amount has not been credited to the recipients account till now. At the time on initiating the transaction of 91500 rs on 1st July I had 1, 70, 500 Rs in my account and on the same day I made successful transaction of 80000 Rs and 50000 Rs respectively then I was left with around 50000 Rs in my account and on 2nd July when I got the SMS of 91500 rs debit from my account my account balance became minus -50000 Rs and the recipient has not received the money, I have raised multiple complaints and visited branch many times for the same but I have not got any resolution so far. I am requesting you to kindly do the needful at the earliest and reverse this transaction back into my account.
