Punjab National Bank [PNB] — imps transaction showing suspect status

I have made a imps transaction using mobile banking with pnb one app yesterday but the status of transaction is showing as suspect till today.

How could i make it cancel or process it further.
Please resolve our issue.

On 10 January 2020 i order electronic black decker screw driver from amazon and paid full amount of ₹1995 for it but after 10 min order get cancelled and amazon saying they initiated my refund with.Refund Reference no.[protected] but I didn’t get any amount in my account its 10 th day now
