Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Imps transaction status showing suspect

I have made imps transaction on 29th June 2021 for the amount ₹9000 from my pnb account to my boi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.I have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

[protected] imps Dear Customer, Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX9491 is debited for Rs.25000.00 on 29-07-23 and a/c XXXXXXX502 credited (IMPS Ref no[protected].If not done by you, call [protected] -SBI my account hacking plese help
