Punjab National Bank [PNB] — irctc refund not reflected in my bank account | |
I had booked two tickets from irctc through debit card. But due to some reasons i had to cancel the tickets. Irctc says that they have processed and refunded the money to my account so i should contact with my bank and file charge dispute form. I had contacted the bank but they say they do not know about refund reference number or charge dispute. Please do the needy and refund my money immediately. Amazon has given me the refund of 399 and 2645 each.They refund this amount on 19/01/2020.But till now this amount is not shown in my account. They also given me the reference no.[protected].Please check ASAP.Its being more then 1 month.I visited the bank for 2 3 times.Every time they refuse to do the same.Please check and let me know.
