Inspite of raising lot of complaints online i havent got any response.
I am trying to change homebranch online, but i am unable to do so as there is some amount (Rs.217.15) blocked as lien balance.
I have requested them to open this balance so that i can get my home branch transferred but no response from the customer care...
I am really fed up with their negligence. Please help
