Punjab National Bank [PNB] — money got stuck in the payment gateway | |||
I was making an inline payment of 11799 and 3990 for an online purchase on 30/01/2018 and on 08/02/2018 respectively but got a payment failed in response after entering the otp for transaction however the amount has been deducted from my pnb account. Since then i have tried to contact flipcart many times but they say that bank will notify them in 2 working days about the failed transaction but sadly 8 days have passes and neither pnb nor flipcart is responding. My transaction account no [protected] (SBI) on 08/03/2018 amount Rs 1647/- through POS. Which was failed. complain ticket No. [protected]. Amount yet not refunded to the account. Kindly do the needful at earliest possible .Already 12 days running
