Dear Sir/Madam,
My PNB savings account has been frozen form past 1 month and i am restricted to do any Transaction. Although my account was very much active and i was doing regular transactions and even the Available balance was never below 20, 000 Rs.
My money is with bank now and i need it on a regular basis for my daily necessity.
There was no prior intimation done before freezing my account.
I spoke to customer care but they are not telling any reason behind the frozen account and asking me to visit Home branch which is in Bangalore.
Now, i am at my hometown in Ranchi Jharkhand. How can can i go to home branch so easily in present Covid condition.
I am running short of money in this lockdown situation, it's very difficult for me to manage the home expenses.
I therefore, request to please help me getting this issue resolved as early as possible.
