I was able to use internet banking earlier since 4 years.Since last month it is creating issue.The KYC is also done.Attached is the scrrenshot.In screenshot you can see there is no access for Transact and Inquiry.

Giving error as No Eligible"From Account" found for the user.I tried to change the access through net banking but is says Please contact branch for it.

Note:I have visited bank more than thrice but they are not taking any action.

    My PNB account is freezed.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My PNB savings account has been frozen form past 1 month and i am restricted to do any Transaction. Although my account was very much active and i was doing regular transactions and even the Available balance was never below 20, 000 Rs.
    My money is with bank now and i need it on a regular basis for my daily necessity.

    There was no prior intimation done before freezing my account.

    I cancelled my order from amazon and wanted a refund. Refund reference # 959900. I have been told to contact my bank but they aren't picking up so i havent yet received my refund.

        Sir/ma’am
        With reference to the above mentioned subject, i wish to lodge complaint against loss of my debit card of my savings account of punjab national bank,, account holder name: deepika rani, savings account number [protected]. I withdrew cash today morning[protected] at pnb atm in ganesh pura at 9:33 am. Misplaced my card after this transaction.
        I received message at 3:15 pm of withdrawal against my lost atm card, followed by one more transaction at 3:24 pm, and again 4 different transactions at different times.
        Kindly do the needful urgently.

            Sir, iam a defence person I need NOC certificate for changing my DSP account PNB to SBI bank so I need NOC from PNB bank but the bank manager said NOC certificate not providing from bank side and he said that is not possible, , , , iam mentally absert and I need loan it's an emergency but PNB bank not provide loan and NOC certificate, , , please help me

              Amazon says they have refunded my amount of Rs.4799, but I haven't received anything in my pub bank account. its been a week since they have refunded my amount but I have no money added in my account.

                    I had done a electricity bill payment on[protected] via free charge but that transaction was failed and freecharge initiated my refund but the amount not come in my bank account yet free charge provided me a RRN number[protected] I want to know current status of my refund by the side of PNB bank.

                      This amount is coming from amazon.com

                          I made a transaction of rs.850 on Facebook Ads manager on 29th june, 2020, the money was deducted from my account but it wasn't added or received to facebook ads account. So, I immediately contacted facebook regarding this and their customer support executive told me to contact my bank. So, I contacted my bank (PNB) and I explained my issue to the customer support executive and he told me that they need 30 days to look into my matter/issue and then they will contact me for where my money is gone. So, I patiently waited for 30 days and after 30 days PNB customer support executive told me that the transaction was successful and the money was received by merchant(facebook). S0, after this I contacted facebook and told them that my bank (PNB) is saying that you guys have received the money but facebook kept denying that haven't received the money. I requested facebook to please dig deep into the matter but they gave same reply everytime that they haven't received the money so they can't provide refund. I contacted facebook for about 10 days continuously but they didn't provide any help. So, after this I contacted PNB again and told them that facebook is saying they haven't received the money but PNB is saying transaction is successful and facebook has received the money.

                          This issue is going on for about 40 days and no help has been provided by either facebook or PNB. Both have disappointing and disgusting customer service. Specially facebook they treated me very rudely and they don't care about their customers.

                          Please someone help me out to get my hard-earned money back🙏😢

Or mera ammount deducted ho chuka hai or mujhe confirm receipt bhi show ho chuki hai BHIM app se but jo receiver hai matlab ki Paynear by use payment received ni hua hai or meri problem ka solution na hone pr maine consumer court mai complaint ki hai. Or isme maine Bhim transaction slip or account mai debit ammount slip and Paynear by mail jisme Paynear by ka response hai .
