Money not credited

I ordered some products from amazon india which was of rs 730 and rs 1294 and then i returned the products on 24 july and amazon initiated my refund on 27th july of rs 730 and on 4th august of rs 1294
Till date i haven't received my money in my bank account

It's been 15 days but i haven't received my money please...

My name is kamal sourav and i have ordered product with exchange service of 100 rupees. Transaction was done on amazon on date 25 july 2020 the exhange couldn't happened and the product was returned as the delivery guy refused to exchange the old phone. Sir,
My name is nilesh singhania and i had ordered a vivo v19 product on 17/07/2020 from amazon. The product delivery was rejected due to some reason and the refund of rs 20, 999 for the same was initiated on 24/07/2020. It was expected to be received in 3-4 days.

Amazon gave the reference number: 75503720207041148432661
But pnb has still not credited the amount.
I have complaint about the same here already...

refund not credited in my account

amount deducted but order not placed

While placing order on amazon order id:[protected]. The payment stuck in between and amount of rs 1299 has been deducted from my bank account. Amazon is claiming that they do not receieve any amount and pnb also declines....

Did not got my refund

. I had cancelled a prepaid order from amazon of rs 19000, the refund has been processed from their end on 28th july 2020, so the refund should have reflected in my account in 5 business days, but it is not yet credited to my account. The reference no. Is 75503720211041223630936.
Please do the needful at the earliest and locate where it is stuck and clear the trouble as soon as possible....
