Punjab National Bank [PNB] — not credited cash deposit of rs.40000/- into the cash deposit machine. the amount not credit to the account

I am sourabh gaba from delhi. I made a deposit of rs. 40, 000/- into the 'cash deposit machine' on 25-feb-2019, time 15:26 at the atm kiosk located at the pnb branch: krishna nagar, delhi. After depositing the money the cdm machine responded "the machine is out of service" and i didn't get the receipt of the deposited amount. Got the receipt of "machine out of service" instead. I gave a written application to the branch manager 'ra mishra' of the "krishna nagar, delhi" branch for this issue. Please help in resolving my problem as it is a huge amount. Here are my account details into which i deposited 40, 000/- rupees-
