Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Not showing FD account on online banking

Updated by Samarsinh Jadhav I have opened fixed deposit account online from my savings account on 26 March 2021, but it does not shown in my account.
I am not able to see deposit account on my portal.

I have called customer care many times but they also not giving me proper solution.

One customer care faculty told me to mail so I mailed to [protected]@pnb.co.in but not getting any solution.

As I am at home town and my account branch is at Aundh, Pune. One customer care faculty told me to call on branch so I did it but they are not receiving.

One customer care faculty told me there is server issue on PNB but when I transact with some amount my account balance debited with that amount, what the funny thing is this. It is near about 23 days that I have opened FD.

Now the customer care number [protected] is out of service.

Updated by Samarsinh Jadhav Only Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint but no action has been taken yet.

Is this the fact that PNB is going to fool us, as Nirav fooled PNB?
