Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Not showing FD account on online banking | |||
I have opened fixed deposit account online from my savings account on 26 March 2021, but it does not shown in my account. I am not able to see deposit account on my portal. I have called customer care many times but they also not giving me proper solution. One customer care faculty told me to mail so I mailed to [protected]@pnb.co.in but not getting any solution. As I am at home town and my account branch is at Aundh, Pune. One customer care faculty told me to call on branch so I did it but they are not receiving. One customer care faculty told me there is server issue on PNB but it is near about 20 days that I have opened FD.
