Punjab National Bank [PNB] — pos swipe machine deactivation | |||||
Sir, I want to inform you that i have already given the request personally in writing several times in punjab national bank, kamla nagar branch, agra {u. P} for surrender of card swap m-pos machine from november 2017 to till date. But there is no response from bank and charges are regularly imposed in my current account. Now through this mail i wish to bring your kind attention that kindly look into the matter within 7 days and and reverse all charges of machine, which has been debited from my current account and in future i will not responsible for any of charges otherwise i will take necessary action against your bank.. Reason - in the time of transaction machine is show error or no signal and its not useful for me then i am install other bank swipe machine from last 3 months So please ill request to you de-activated this machine from my pos..
