[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not credited in the account

I had Ordered a SAMSUNG phone from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 17-DEC-2016 which i successfully canceled on 23-DEC-2016 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 23rd itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 75260826359010816052774. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

Complaint marked as Resolved

The refund got credited after 17 days of my merchant's claim. Don't know if it were my mails or the complaint that made it happen.

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Very bad services I have e raised my concern on 21 july 6000rs debited from my account and widhraw failed since 21 you people telling me please give me time will check and revert.Every time your customer representative gave me same statements so please deal with your customers issue properly and give them feedback at time... at the time of digitalization you all are giving us time approx 7 days after that again your supervisor Mr. Pravesh and Miss Madhu told me that please wait for 24-48hr your ammount will be refunded... do needful and ensure dont trouble your customers.

Hello,
This is Hira husain
I got refund mail from air astana that they initiated my full refund they gave me reference no.[protected] or ANR no.- 75483180078069852295468...but till now I didn't get money into my account, I had contact with my PNB bank but they are not helping me...what should I do, how would I get my money back... becouse it's confirmed that air astana has been transferred but the problem is from bank site. please help me.

I cancelled my order from Amazon of Rs. 510 on 21 Dec. 2020. The refund initiated on 22 Dec. and processed on 27 Dec. I received the refund reference number on 28 Dec. But I didn't receive the amount in my account at all as of now. The refund reference number given to me by Amazon is 30005103500350174467082. When I contacted Amazon customer care, he said to concern this reference number with PNB customer care. But PNB customer care said to contact Amazon care back about this. I don't understand what to do??

Please help me out.

I have cancelled ShopClues product and I haven't got refund yet. ShopClues is saying to check Refund Reference number which is 6118100819736183606103 . There is no place to check status. Please help me.
