[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not processed

Hi,

I've not received the refund amount of Rs. 2974 initiated by Lenskart on 17th July'21. As said, it was supposed to be reflected within 7-10 working days, the time window which ended on 30th July'21. I followed up with Lenskart yesterday and have got the ARN for the refund.
Why isn't the amount yet reflecting?
I have mailed the same to [protected]@pnb.co.in, have not received any response!
