Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund not reflected in account statement

Booked an irctc ticket on 4 august 2019 from paytm and paid by means of pnb debit card. The respective amount was deducted from my account but booking failed due to internet connection failure. So paytm refunded the amount and gave refund reference number (Rrn) : 30003892179216134837989. The refund is still not reflected in my account after 5 days. When i called pnb customer care and provide them the rrn, they say they don't know what is an rrn and can't help me any further. Please the amount be refunded (And reflected) in my pnb account at the earliest.
