I made a online recharge payment through phone pe of rs 349 using my pnb debit card on[protected]. But the transaction failed and my account got debited. Till now, i havn't recieved the refund of the same. Phonepe executives told that they have initiated the refund on[protected] and they issued me the arn no. Regarding the transaction.
