[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — regarding the failure of refund of failed transaction.

I made a online recharge payment through phone pe of rs 349 using my pnb debit card on[protected]. But the transaction failed and my account got debited.
Till now, i havn't recieved the refund of the same.
Phonepe executives told that they have initiated the refund on[protected] and they issued me the arn no. Regarding the transaction.

My LPG subsidy (lpg I'd[protected]dated 14/09/2018 not credited till now in my pnb account
no [protected] whereas earlier dated 29/07/2018 it was credited normally. Both organization indane gas as well as pnb bank shows aadhar linked.
