Punjab National Bank [PNB] — reissue of atm card | |||
Iam harikrishnan. B. My debit card expired in the month of nov 2018. I didn't receive new atm card till 19 dec 2018. I went to bank on 20 dec 2018 and completed the form for debit card issuance. They asked me to wait for 14 days to get new atm card. I went to bank on 15 th day 17 th and 18th day repeatedly. They told me that my card has not arrived. Today on 16 jan 2019 i went there to ask about my atm card. When they searched on their software they have not applied my request for atm card and my request is missing. I have never seen any irresponsible bank officers like these people in any other bank. Eventhough sbi bank officers are arrogant, they will do the job for what they are paid. These people in punjab national bank wont do any job on time and are very impolite towards customers having less than 25000 rs income/monthly maintaining in their account. Iam not having any other source to know account balance via mobile phone or internet banking. This is not the first time officers in punjab national bank, tripunithura showing this kind of worse attitude.
