Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to tell you that when I got negative feedback from the manager of my bank, i.e., the chembur main branch, I became completely dejected. And then, through you, I appealed this complaint. And I would be very grateful to you for your strong support through your team in resolving the issue raised by me. But before getting a reply from your team, I was very serious about this concern, and the wrong transaction reference number (IMPS OUT/[protected]/ICIC0002779/[protected], so I contacted ICICI Bank through the internet using the IFSC code (ICIC0002779).
The ICICI Bank has Kalamboli branch, which is in Navi Mumbai. Then I met the branch manager of ICICI Bank and told him about my wrong transaction, and he listened to me clearly and then appealed to him to file a complaint in this regard. But then he told me that first, an official letter or official mail should come to us from your bank, i.e., Punjab National Bank, regarding this complaint, so that after that, we can start the further process as soon as possible.
Therefore, I appeal to you to send an official letter or official mail and share any information you have as part of the under process. to the ICICI Bank of Kalamboli branch so that they can start action against this complaint as soon as possible and help me resolve the problem with my money.
