Dear Support Team,

Whenever i'm doing any neft transaction through pnb online banking, after login it shows this -"

"not eligible "from account" found for the user."

I'm uploading a screenshot with this so you can understand easily.

I am trying desperately to transfer some money for the last 5 to 6 hrs,

ATM fraud and bank did not take attention and action

with due respect, i want to say that a have debited the amount of five thousand through ATM located in Patel Nagar, Hisar Haryana but i got four thousand and five hundred and slip printed HDFC bank currency chest New Delhi on dated 23 Nov 2023 time 10:52 transaction id &56851648.I go to PNB JNDC bank branch HISAR, IFSC CODE PUNB0145100 and give written complaint on same day with in half hour but branch manager show inability...

Fraud UPI transaction

Dear sir,

My brother Lovkesh is the customer of the PNB (Delhi Branch Mahipalpur). An amount of Rs 75199 was deducted on 12 January, 2023 through fraud UPI transaction. I lodged a complain regarding the same and till date not getting satisfactory answer. So kindly tell me what to do. I have called several times in thier call centre and even lodge complaint in the cyber cell as well. I haven't receive any OTP for this transaction...

Shortfall Charges occurred in bank account

Hello I am regular bank account holder in Punjab National Bank more than 10 years.
Recently the bank has charged me big amount for shortfall charges. I am mentioning the charges below.

Seeding of aadhaar and mapping in npci

Hi sir my name is shivam, I have submitted adhaar card linking in bank and adhaar is seeded in my bank account, but the NPCI status wrongly showing with details of mapped to previous bank details (State bank of india).

IMPS transaction debited but not credited to the recipient

Respected Sir/Mam,

Lien Balance is not cleared

Inspite of raising lot of complaints online i havent got any response.
I am trying to change homebranch online, but i am unable to do so as there is some amount (Rs.217.15) blocked as lien balance.
I have requested them to open this balance so that i can get my home branch transferred but no response from the customer care...
I am really fed up with their negligence. Please help

Refund initiated by amazon but not received

FDR premature before 35 minutes without giving information

Address: Punjab National bank, Chetak Circle Branch, Near UTI Circle, Saheli Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan). 313001, Gumati, Tripura

On 14 September 2021 I gave three FDRs to Senior Manager of Pnb of chetak circle branch near UIT Udaipur. Out of 3 FDRS 2 were matured on 6th n 10th Sept but one was Mature on 15th September. At 4.25pm FD of 15th September prematured without my instructions n due to 35 minutes of pre maturity I suffered a loss of Rs. 3300. Amount has been deducted, but payment unsuccessful

I was paying my Airtel Postpaid bill of Rs. 942.80 via PNB net banking services today, and the amount got deducted but the transaction failed and showed payment unsuccessful.

Refund not processed

Hi,

I've not received the refund amount of Rs. 2974 initiated by Lenskart on 17th July'21. As said, it was supposed to be reflected within 7-10 working days, the time window which ended on 30th July'21. I followed up with Lenskart yesterday and have got the ARN for the refund.
Why isn't the amount yet reflecting?
I have mailed the same to [protected]@pnb.co.in, have not received any response!...

Want to refund my premium amount.

Two days ago, One person called me and informed me that: "My old premium plan is discontinued and if I want to get benefit then I must have to do settlement like Pay 50, 000 new premium and then after 30/35 days I can get those benefit. Transaction failed

Sir, I tried to send Rs.3150 to someone using Amazon Pay UPI but transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my bank account on[protected] at around 7:58 PM.
As per protocol i waited for 5 working days to get my amount back in my account but 5 working days have been completed and i just checked my bank statement but deducted amount didn't credit back in my bank account yet.

Imps transaction status showing suspect

I have made imps transaction on 29th June 2021 for the amount ₹9000 from my pnb account to my boi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.I have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue....

Cash deposit machine failed to deposit money in my account

I am an account holder o[censored]ltadanga branch. My account number is[protected].On date- 29/05/2021, around - 7:51 PM deposit machine located at Near Shyambazar branch kolkata area.

I tried to deposit a cash of Rs 5, 600 in the ATM. But, due to some unknown technical reason.
