I am writing to report a distressing incident involving fraudulent activities carried out under the guise of offering employment opportunities with Jio Reliance. This fraudulent scheme has not only resulted in financial loss for me but has also subjected me to coercion and threats.
On 24 feb 2024, I received a text message purportedly from Jio Reliance offering me a job opportunity. Eager for employment, I followed the instructions provided and paid an initial fee of 2000 INR as requested. Additionally, I provided my identification documents as part of the application process.
Subsequently, I received further communication demanding an additional payment of 5000 INR. When I expressed hesitation and questioned the legitimacy of these demands, I was met with aggressive and threatening behavior from the individuals claiming to represent Jio Reliance. They went as far as to threaten to take out a loan from my account through an RBI (Reserve Bank of India) site if I did not comply with their demands and also blackmail me that if I am not giving them money then they misuse my documents
It has become abundantly clear that this entire process was a fraudulent scheme aimed at extorting money from unsuspecting individuals like myself. Not only have I suffered financial loss, but I have also been subjected to intimidation and coercion, which has caused significant distress and anxiety.
I urge the authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take swift action against those responsible for perpetrating this fraud. Additionally, I request assistance in recovering the funds that have been unlawfully taken from me and ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar fraudulent activities in the future.
I am fully willing to cooperate with any investigations and provide any necessary information to bring the perpetrators to justice. I seek your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution

      I'm facing account freeze and EMI transfer issues at PNB Sipri Bazar Jhansi from the USA. I deposited the home EMI on time in account but it is moved lien balance and not deducted EMI. Despite my brother's visit, it's unresolved. Urgently need your assistance to rectify this situation.

        Sub: COMPLAINT FOR DECEIVING CUSTOMER TO INVEST IN SCHEME WHERE MONEY CAN ONLY BE WITHDRAWN AFTER DEATH OF CUSTOMER.

        Sir/Madam

        1. This is to inform you that, I am an old customer of Punjab National Bank and have a Saving Account and Locker with your bank for the last 20years and more.

        2. I say that on 26/11/2022 I approached your Bank in order to add a saving amount or make a rightful investment of Rs.500, 000/-(Five Lakhs) in your account. It is to further inform you that I was guided by one of your staff namely Mrs. Shikha and Mr. Resham Patel for the same.

        3. I say that it was clearly informed to the staff that the amount of Rupees Five Lakhs is to be saved or invested in the Bank, were in the amount can be withdrawn at any given time or a loan could be given on the said amount.

        4. It is to inform you that the office staff members mentioned above, suggested me to create a PNB MetLife insurance Immediate Annuity Plan-117N095V07 which, would give me a return of Rs. 31, 561/- (Thirty one thousand Five Hundred and Sixty one Rupees) Annually and assured me that the amount could be withdrawn. It is to further inform you that it was falsely informed to me by your staff that once I invest in the given insurance, I would be able to withdraw the amount after a year and would get higher returns after 5years on investing in MetLife insurance.

        5. It is to inform you that being an Old Customer with Punjab National Bank and trusting the Bank, I invested In MetLife insurance, which would allow me to withdraw the amount after a year or at least take a loan on the said amount.

        6. It is to inform you that I would be turning 60years of age, and have health issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Diabetes and unknown Joint issues for which I am in serious need of money for my health Checkup further my daughter is getting married in the year 2024 for which a reasonable amount would be needed.

        7. I say that upon visiting the PNB branch on 24/11/2023 to withdraw the amount of 5Lakhs which has been invested by me, I was told by the staff members that I am unable to withdraw the amount and would only be able to withdraw the amount after my death, wherein the nominee namely Mr.Eufemiano Francisco Barreto, who is my husband of 65years of age would be able to withdraw the money.

        8. I say that I am traumatized by the professionalism of PNB staff as they have miss guided and deceived me in investing a huge amount of my saving into an insurance where I am unable to withdraw my money nor take a loan on the said amount.

        9. I say that I was asked to visit the bank multiple times since November in order to withdraw my money. I further say that I have not received any clarity on the amount invested and was ignored completely by the staff Mrs. Shikha and Mrs Resham Patel.

        10. I say that upon visiting the bank multiple times for a month I was recently told that I cannot withdraw the amount nor can take a loan on the invested amount.

        11. I say that I have been deceived by the staff of Punjab National Bank and I am now unable to withdraw my money when I need it the most.

        12. I say that I write this Complaint to you in order to let PNB allow me to withdraw the amount of Rs.500, 000/- invested in the bank or transfer the amount to a fixed deposit on my name.

                  Pnb is debiting my account balance without any reason and without my permission, so its my request to stop these debiting the amount from my account otherwise i have to change my bank. I am really fed up of this problem now...

                  I had 1500 rs in my account on 25th oct by suddenly amount was debited from my account, i don't know why bank is deducting these amounts from my account. Yesterday i had 0 blance then i deposit 13 rs and that also debited. Now what shoul i do, i'm not able to keep mu money in account. Please resolve this problem otherwise i'll transfer to some other bank.

                    Upi payment failed but money is deducted

                    I was Filling my IB Form online after completing the process I enter to payment by UPI in phone pe the account gets deduced, but the status was not updated. The Upi payment is deducted from the account and not updated in the application form and shoe payment failure I try to resolve the issue in Ib complaint box they replied as to wait for 48 hour or reach your respected bank branch.

                      I ordered iphone 15 plus on 27sept and got cancelled on 4th October apple processed my refund on 5th of October after 15 days till i didn't get my refund i contacted apple they processed my refund again and provide me reference number but pnb is not helping me by tracking and credit the amount in my account i have two following reference number[protected] another reference no.- YCPI[protected] i also attached the documents

                        Sir,
                        My name is Sanjay Kumar Misra. My PAN card number is AGRPM2426M, and my Aadhar Card number is[protected]. I am a professor in the English department in a college here in Agra.
                        I have come across a misappropriation of my IDs for getting and defaulting a bank loan in my name. I got to know about it through my CIBIL Report. I was informed about it on 09 Oct. 2023 when my credit card application was declined by a bank due to this shortcoming in my CIBIL. I have never defaulted in payment; hence, I always thought that my credit score must be very good. But this CIBIL revelation has shocked me.
                        The red card shown in my CIBIL report concerns a PNB Business Loan -Priority Sector- Agriculture; ownership – Individual [protected]; high credit – 189000/-; current balance – 218065/-; amount overdue – 223065; date opened – 31.10.2014. PNB perhaps stands for Punjab National Bank.
                        This is a shocker for me. I have nothing to do with it. I never applied for such a loan, and I never got to know about it. Someone has definitely used my PAN and Aadhar without my knowledge to do this fraud; that is why it is showing up in my CIBIL report.
                        Kindly look into the matter and clear my name and IDs from this fraud so that my CIBIL score and report become clean and acceptable.

                          Air Indigo refunded my money, but i didn't get it. I contacted to INDIGO, they told me that they have already refunded in my bank account . but i didn't get it yet. they said this is mistake by bank. bank is not solving my problem.

                            My name is Rishikesh Kumar and I had ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G of RS 26318 in Flipkart on 22 August 2023 and after on 23 August I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 23 August 2023 Flipkart initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this payment reference number PZT[protected]GJ3I304 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent sir.

                                The bank staff and policy issuer fooled me.
                                They told me if you pay 1 lakh for three years you will get 7 lakh.
                                The Bank staffer also told me without purchasing policy we cannot give you cash credit loan .
                                You have to purchase policy if you want cash credit loan. Both of them told lie.
                                Together both Bank staffer and policy issuer fooled me.
                                Please sir they have fooled me.
                                I am not in a position to give second premium.
                                They always call me and said ' if you didn't pay second premium your 1 lakh will go useless.
                                Please do something.
                                Please refund my amount from them
