The shortfal rec - mmsinwa[protected]. Txt deducted the amount from the account by 2 times. And call was disconnected while asking for this deduction from the customer care executive.
If i am unable to understand this transaction and what kind of charge it is, who will answer.
This is the ridiculous and irresponsible solution from the pnb.
Kindly let me know why this is being happened.

Paytm refund my amount to bank on 4 aug but i still not received amount in my account.
I contact to cc but they said contact to paytm cc.
But how can i contact then again and again as they send me all details of refunding amount.
Kindly refund to my account.

Mere account mei se money deduct hua hai, this is ridiculous, 2 times 8 Rs interest de kr 17.70 Rs deduct kr liya.. Bekar bank..
