Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Shortfall Charges occurred in bank account

Hello I am regular bank account holder in Punjab National Bank more than 10 years.
Recently the bank has charged me big amount for shortfall charges. I am mentioning the charges below.
1. Rs. 118 - PUNB[protected]MANDATE CHRGS
2. Rs. 1532.11 - SHORTFAL REC- ACH RTN-CTRAZORPAY[protected]
3. Rs. 884 - SHORTFAL REC- ACH RTN-DREAMPLUG
TECHNOLOGI-08-12-2
4. Rs. 118 - SHORTFAL REC- EMANDATE
5. Rs. 3245 - SHORTFAL REC- ACH RTN-CTRAZORPAY[protected]
6. Rs. 295 - SHORTFAL REC- ACH RTN-INDIAN
CLEARING CORP-13-12-2.

Being a customer this amount is too much to accept as charges. Kindly reimburse this above mentioned amount as I am paying my EMI on time. I hope this website helps me in my case.
