Through PNBRewardz website, i tried to recharge IDEA mobile on () for 200/- using my 800 (loyalty points).

Transaction was successful, but recharge is not successful. After waiting for 2-3 days i inquired via toll free they don't have any info. Struggling a lot they came to a status that in IDEA there is no recharge for amount 200/- and it have 201/- only.

My name is Nisar khan and I had ordered "Together with CBSE Question Bank Class 10 Science for 2025 Exam" of ₹448 in Amazon on 23 September 2024 and after 2 October 2024, I had returned this order due to some personal reason. And on 6 October 2024, Amazon initiated the refund to my bank account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank (PNB) doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint. We, in the process of availing homeloan came in contact with Mr Pankaj Nigam from PNB Housing Finance who was our agent to assist during the formalities. He pushed us to take insurance while opting for Home loan and mentioned that we can get it cancelled after the loan is disbursed. He meticulously planned everything and did not let us cancel in the first 15 days. He called us 50 times to make us recall an email that we had sent for cancellation and promised to assist in the next month so that he was able to get the benefits out of it and we obliged to help a person.

However, little did we know that the policy will not allow us to cancel the insurance thereafter. We have checked and read all the documents and guidelines and no one can force insurance on us. However despite multiple escalations no one has come in our support. Mr Dinesh Rawat - Broker and Mr Pankaj Nigam are highly unprofessional and would be sugar coating all the false information.

I am raising this complaint to cancel my insurance and reprimand such agents for aggressive and gimmicky sales practices.

PNB issued me fast tag, but sometimes fast tag not works at toll plaza and that time toll plaza staff scan the fast tag and charge amount. Message of amount deducted also received me on my mobile. But now Bank is deducting RS 2570 and saying it is not deducted. I have no toll wise details of due amount.

Please provide me toll wise details and also inform how it is possible that huge amount cannot deducted while without paying toll fee no body can cross the toll.

My vehicle number is RJ01CC3067.

My fast tag account has been debit freeze by bank and my fast tag is showing hot listed. I am unable to travel by my car due to this hot listing.

Amazon has to sent me a refund of Rs 299.00. They said the have already processed the amount on[protected]. When I talked to the PNB agent, I was told that no such amount was received and asked me to launch a charge dispute form. Therefore please help me. The reference number is[protected].
