Punjab National Bank [PNB] — To unblock PNB Rupay debit card

Respected Sir/Madam

With due respect I want to state that, I was trying to pay the fees of an online form on 03 January 2020 but due to wrong entry of my debit card it was blocked with message " Your card has been blocked for further use at rupay merchants". I talked on ur customer care number they said wait for 24 hours it will automatically unblocked, but even after 3 days its not unblocked, again as directed by helpline number I tried to unblock it in ATM, but still m not able to do transaction by debit card, Kindly resolve this issue and unblock it or suggest me the process to do that, I will be thankfull for that. I m providing my details.
