I made a purchase of rupees 13999 on 16 march at flipkart but money is debit from my punjab national bank account but does go not seller then i contact to flipkart they said money is stuck in your payment gateway you should contact to your bank then i contact to bank costumer care they said review the transaction within 45 days
It is processe that if payment gateway transactions failed it will refund 8-14 business days

On 15th march 2018 at 6.30 pm, account debited with 10000 rs. twice but cash didn't dispensed from ATM. Made a complain on helpline on 16th march 2018 but no resolution till date. Complain no. SR A[protected] and SR A[protected].
