Punjab National Bank [PNB] — upi not working

My punjab nation bank upi payment is not working from past 3 days. I have tried checking my balance, syncing the servers but nothing is working. Other users are not able to send the money to my account through upi payment. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I have some pending payments to be received. It is causing very inconvenience.

Sir, I purchased a shoes a Amazon but my order cancelled of 8.6.19. but my refund not came in my account. I complained in Amazon customer service...then give me a refund reference no[protected] for fill charge dispute form..but bank behavior not good. don't know what do
