With respect I want to say that As I came to know that Punjab State has one building one electricity meter policy . Our H.NO 109A (villa) has already one meter in ground flower . I want to second meter in first flower so I applied .
I applied for New Electricity Connection Application No 30814 Dated 17.02.2023 Cancellation Request sent online and refund my amount Rs. 9235.4 (Nine thousand two hundred thirty five rupees and four paisa ) which was submitted through online transaction ID YHDF174O580050 on dated 17.02.2023.
Kindly refund my Amount Rs 9235.4 in below given Account number . I shall be highly thankful to you.

      I am writing to challenge the high electricity bills I have been receiving for our apartment #263 SF in Victoria Floors, Sector 116, Mohali as well as the ‘D’ category status of the electricity meter. The apartment has been unoccupied and locked since I took possession in September 2020, yet I have been receiving bills on an average basis for the last few months.

      Upon investigation, we have found that the bills show that the electricity meter installed at the premises is of the ‘D’ category, which means that the meter is defective and not recording the actual electricity consumption. However, we believe that the meter is not defective, but rather not changing because the apartment is locked and not consuming any electricity.

      As a result, I request that you depute the JE to personally check the meter and verify that it is in working condition. We believe that upon inspection, the JE will find that the meter is not defective and thus change the ‘D’ category status of the meter.

      Furthermore, I request that the bill being calculated on the average consumption based on the sanctioned load be reversed and that we receive bills based on the actual consumption in the future. I believe that it is unjustified to be charged for electricity that we have not consumed.

      I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.

              The Transaction was shown successful by Billdesk and the money has been withdrawn from my account. However, PSPCL has confirmed that the transaction got cancelled.
              Please refund the money in my account.

                I am a resident of Dhakoli, Zirakpur in district Mohali. We have been suffering through day long power cuts by PSPCL. It has the poorest of service records as far as uninterrupted power supply is concerned. It is really frustrating for us to suffer from the poor working of this corporation and this state government of so called Aam Aadmi Party as a whole. Not that the previous government was any better. They are literally giving the aam aadmi a hell. These people don't care about people's livelihoods suffering due to their poor attitude towards providing the only commodity they are responsible for, the electricity. In a nation which has surplus power generation, we are suffering at the hands of this inefficient cabal. Today also, they have shamelessly cut power from 9 AM till 5 PM. What should we do then? We can't do our work because electricity is not there. Such is the shamelessness that they even switch off the phone number meant for registering complaints. Then, they put up a notice regarding power cut on their website. Should we use their website as our home page to check it every few hours when they are happy to cut power next? We are fed up.

                    I have been regularly paying all the electricity bills for my domestic power connection (A/C No.: [protected]) installed at 15O-M New Generation Apartment, Dhakoli, but I have been wrongly billed for an excessive amount of Rs.25480/- via Bill No[protected], dated 7-1-2023, due to some error at your end.
                    The previous bill was issued on[protected] and the total amount for all the bills issued in the first nine months of 2022 is Rs 8040.Thus, the amount is more than three times the total billing for the first 9 months of the year 2022.
                    I am enclosing the screenshots of bill history and payment history for the year 2022 from the PSPCL website.

                      Dear sir I have been repeatedly request and complaint online that my Meter is malfunction as per Meter Reader and he has put CODE - D, and putting the excessive unit as an average. As I am having very less occupancy in that house in compare to the other residents in the society. Most of the resident are getting much much less bill then me. Every time i spoke to the Meter Reader and he said will adjust in next bill means if I manipulate him then he will put less reading as an average. But why do I go for wrong practice since I am genuine and not consuming so much as getting heavy bills on my account. Last bill I paid on 19th December, 2022 of Rs 7480/- and again I have got bill within few day and due date in 13th January, 2023 of Rs 3900/- Again bill generated as average reading and during this period my house was locked and till now I am outstation. He has purposly generate the so customer approach him for monitory compromise to get next time zero bill. I getting harassment with the huge monetary burden unnecessary without consuming electricity.
                      Humble request help me to get correct bill and also help me to replace my Meter. I am overburdened. My bill cycle is Bi-Monthly and I received 2 bills within 20days. This is unnecessary burden. Please help.

                          sir, my rice mill deposite of security 8/10/14 Rs.372210/- but department is not pay of my security intrest since 2014-15. I put one RTI dated 24/09/2019. department give me detail of intrest.
                          2014-15, 15-16 give intrest rs 77096/-and cut tds Rs.7024/- but this tds amount is not deposite in Income Tax department and not show 26S form
                          2016-17 give intrest me 15411/- and cut tds3082/- is also not deposite and intrest give me less 15409/- in this period total intrest made 30820/- paid 15411/-
                          2017-18 give me intrest 24194/- cut tds 2419/- but is also not deposite income tax department it is also not show 26S.
                          SIR, many many letters(since 2018 to aajtak) send local department, Chairperson Consumer Grevances PATIALA. FARIDKOT MOHALI but not responce any department to my problem.
                          many time visite personly to local SDO Sahib and EXSION Sahib but not solve my problem.
                          sir pls my solve my problem, otherwise I will go to Cunsumer Court.

                            Hi, I have 3 phase meter connection & my house 2 phase are not working for the last 3 days, 90 % of the electricity is down now, I registered a complaint many times in 1912 & got the message 1912 after some time that your complaint marked as resolved how it is possible if no one came for the look this issue, my all appliances are not working due to this issue...

                              Electricity is not coming to my home from 2 days

                              Light has not come for 2 days and we’ve raised multiple complaints but all are resolved without any resolution.

                              Please have a look asap. This is not a good service and looks bad on pspcl part. Don’t resolve the complaint unnecessarily and confirm the issue is resolved before closing the ticket.

                              I am owner of flat 797 B, Mona Aero View Zirakpur 140603 I have purchased this flat from Meenakshi in feb 2022 and I am in the process of change the meter on my name and I have paid all bills since feb 2022 . I was posted as Legal Head UCO Bank Chandigarh and I Got my transfer to Delhi in the month of June 2022.
                              Thereafter I have shifted to Delhi. I have left the aforesaid flat and shifted to Delhi. No one is living there. I am astonished to see the bill of Rs. 2870/- on dated 05.12.2022. Even though I am not living there. My mobile no. is also available on the bill.

                              Please correct the bill.

                                  There are two electrcity polls located outside our house which cause us lot of trouble. There is not enough space in front of our house gate due to these polls and we alongwith visitors to our house face trouble while entering our house, also we are not able to park our vehicles in front of our house which make us park our vehicles far from us, we request you to please relocate these polls as there is enough space in our street which can be utilised for these polls, we have visited electricity board many times for the said issue, but nothing has been done in this regard.
