I have paid my pspcl bill through online mode and didn't received any receipt. But the Amount is deducted from my bank account. My Account number is [protected]

Light shut down since yestarday so its very difficult for us to complete any work and due to hot weather it is extremely much more difficult for doing our any day to day routine works. so our request to sort out any serious fault in the area of Village Malko near Tower enclave phase-03 Jalandhar 144026.

I am a resident of Rampura Phul, Dist. Bathinda Punjab 151103. I received my 67 days electricity bill on 17 July 2022 at approx. 12:30 Pm. The meter reading as per meter and as per invoice is 30172. My Last Invoice dated[protected] had a reading of 29537 . So total consumption for 67 days should be 635 units. But as per PSPCL Invoice the units consumed are shown as 778 units which is a big fraud by PSPCL to defraud its consumers. It was just that i simply calculated and came to know about the error PSPCL staff did not tell me anything about this while delivering the invoice. Now On my visit to PSPCL there is an unnecessary mental harassment to get my invoice rectified. Being the Due date coming nearby I am feeling helpless to get my complaint resolved. Amount was deducted from my account and not credited to the pspcl account so this is my issue i just want my refund because its a huge amount . Plz solve my issue i will be very thankful to you . I used phonepe application to do this transaction and transaction id is T2207082157014666063404

I paid electricity bill into a wrong account, an old account. The sum total was ₹9000 and the account number was [protected].
Kindly refund the amount.

This is inform to your good self that the residents of Gobind nagar Nayagaon are facing problems of frequent power cuts due to over loaded transformer and damaged main lines of power supply since one year
This matter has been already reported to the concerned authorities, but nothing has been done so far inspite repeated requests to the concerned authorities on daily basis
Therefore your good self is humbly requested to intervene into the matter so that the main cable lines change immediately and install one more transformer to reduce the load of over loaded transformer in order to resolve the problems of the residents immediately as without power supply studies of students of the area has already been effected and more so without power supply of the water is badly effected In order to meet the water requirements residents of the area are compelled to purchase water by paying high price to tanker suppliers

Therefore your good self is humbly requested to intervene into the matter to resolve the long pending problems of the area

Hello I had paid my electricity bill of Rs 6320 for my account no [protected] on 2nd of July through airtel mobile app, it is showing transaction was successful but bill is shown as due

On first of July 2022 I made payment Rs 2260/- as electricity bill for pspcl through pspcl website hdfc gateway, amount was deducted from my UCO bank account and but not credited to pspcl account, please arrange to refund the amount or deposit in pspcl account at the earliest

I am submitting service request for last 2-3 days regarding voltage fluctuation in my area, but all the service requesters were closed without any resolution.
We are afraid It can damage at very high level. Please help us as nobody is responding

I recently moved to focal point kirti nagar and since then facing low voltage at night daily.
I have filled complaints so many times but no action has been taken till date.

I have registered a complaint regarding no power supply from last 2 days at my complex in Jassian Road haibowal kalan Ludhiana. The officials are not responding to the timelines by when the complaint will be resolved. This is leading to heavy losses for my business. Can i get a response and timelines when this complaint can be resolved?

I have received my current bill for Rs. 20840/- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 8984/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill as i belongs to a lower caste family. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, i am enclosing herewith the current bill as well as the old bill for your perusal.

I am residing at Old Sullar Patiala . I am facing voltage fluctuations from last few years every time 24*7 due to which my electrical appliances are getting damaged. There is too much voltage fluctuations due to which we are unable to sleep in the day or night because fans etc are not working properly. It's so hot these days and the temperature is also very high and it is very uncomfortable for every body. We have been complaining about this daily on 1912 and getting the complaint registered but still it remains the same. Nobody comes to check and resolve the problem. This is my humble request to the authorities to please look into the matter and help us.

I had paid my electricity bill on 15/06/2022 through sbi net banking. Money is deducted from my bank acc but due bill is still shown nd i haven’t received any receipt yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

No electricity, power cuts on daily basis. No electricity in the day, no electricity in the nights. We are living in 21st century and are tax paying citizens of INDIA. This service is unacceptable.
