My complaint number is C[protected]. Similar problem from Hindustan Unilever Pure It Marvella RO. Pure It Marvella has started giving problem. I registered a complaint to change the CSF and same got serviced, I paid the service and CSF charges. After two days rejected water drainage stopped working and it started giving warm water. I again registered a complaint and same got serviced, I paid the service and pump replacement charges. After a day it started leaking all over. It was very clear that installation was not done properly. I again registered a complaint and people at pure it says they would charge for the service. I told them it could be a installation problem I'll pay if something is needed to be replaced but the guy insisted that it is chargable as per our company policy, NO VALUABLE INFORMATION. He kept saying "It is our company Policy". I agree they keep begging for money for nothing.
