Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a HUL 4 Litre Pureit Marvella UV Water Purifier from Snapdeal and got it delivered to my address on 22/07/2014. When I have called the Pureit helpline they are saying that they will neither install the water purifier free of cost nor they will provide me the one year warranty on it. Now the product is lying idle at my home without any use and I have invested approx 7000 rupees and also making daily calls to them with the request to install the product at my place and provide me the warranty. I want to lodge a complaint against both the parties Pureit and Snapdeal as both of them are liable to be made culprit as they are misusing the faith of a customer. If HUL Pureit does not want to sell a product online then it should remove the product from these sites and should publish a notice through media so that everyone will be aware to avoid to buy its products online. Sir this is my hard earned money and I have purchased this product with an intention to keep my family's healthy and try to keep them away from any water related disease.     Hi, On 12/07/2014 I purchase the water purifier.On 15th July a guy come from the HUL([protected]) and did the installation. At that time there was some water leakage from the tape but he told it OK after some time it will be fine and he left. After that, same night it start leaking more water from tape and next morning its increase so much that I have to close the water supply from the main water tank. And when I tried to call that guy in the morning he told he will come in the Afternoon and he did not come than I called him he told he is on the way he will be there at Evening and when in evening I called him he was not picking up the calls and finally he switched off his mobile phone. Seriously I am totally ids-appointed with the HUL services as you show a much in the TV advertisements and what is the use if in the end customers face this type of BIG issues.I have to STOP the water supply to my home. Please don't buy Pure IT.

      I purchased 'Hindustan Unilever PUREIT Advanced 23L', on 06Jul2014.
      When installed it has water leakage.

      On 07Jul2014, logged complaint#C[protected] with ''Hindustan Unilever' Customer care.
      The issue still not fixed, even after daily follow-up with the CustomerCare.
      Even when requested to escalate the issue to Supervior, I was informed that Supervisor is either busy or out on lunch.

      Till today, I am NOT able to use brand new PureIt.
      Very dissatisfied with the Customer Care.

        Purchased white beauty Tan remover scrub from M mart, Bijapur 2 months ago and the product when opened for use turned to be an expired product,
        I have a valid bill and the expiry date is well ahead and the product is expired and the vendor refused to replace with a new one as it was presented 2 months after.
        As the product is a face scrub and the expiry is well in advance the vendor need to replece but they refused and not even reported the matter to thr Local Hindustan Unilever distributor.

          I had purchased 12 Litres capacity Pureit Intella this year. Now I want to change the germkill kit for the same, but every retailer is saying that kit for this model has been dropped off, and is not available with them, because company has stopped selling this product.             Apparently in the world of consumer durables, this company tops the list of cheaters. The product is ok. Spares...oh my god, the service person replaced the filter element and yet managed to break an internal component himself resulting leakage. The worst thing is that the company does not acknowledge that the failure is on the design and poor material (engineer myself and have reasonable subject knowledge) I am being told that the company has discontinued the model which I have (actually got the filter last year) and now the price for a simple 30 gram polypropylene component worth rs 5 is suddenly rs 1700. I can throw out the entire unit and never trust these cheaters. Dont buy pure it filters. The guys are cheaters.

              I have given CSF change request on 02 July 2014 order# RFS/4686825. Since two days technician didn't turn up to change the CSF. Whenever i call customer care they used to say, we are going to send the technician. This pure it machine has stopped working as CSF change is mandatory. If they are not able to provide the CSF change request with in 48 hours, they have to change alert system to indicate at least 5 or 10 days.

                  Dear Sir, My name is D Jagannathan. I have bought a HUL Pureit 23L Purifier in Sep'13 & there are great problems from Feb'14. After making complaints & escalation in Apr'14, the Customer care people of Hindustcan Unilever Pureit Water Purifier came to my residence by 1st week of May & replaced with new germ kill kit & gave me an extra carbon polisher. The purifier has worked properly till mid of June month & then even after cleaning, the purification is not proper. So I replaced the carbon polisher with the extra one provided by the customer care people. Now, from 28th of Jun'14, the purification process takes place in more than 8 hours. If I fill the upper chamber with water in morning, it gets purified and get collected in the transparent chamber in the evening/night. I have done a great mistake on buying this product (wrong promises/faulty service) which required replacement of all things (polisher, germ kill kit) every month. My usage is approx 1/2 of the transparent chamber per day (if the bottom chamber is full, it will be consumed in 2 days). If the purifier is so bad & imperfect, let the Hindustan Unilever be questioned & asked Penalty for selling such products. Need an immediate action, else, provide me the Legal dept of HUL to send Legal Compensation Notice for such bad product, worst service & huge mind tension. Jagannathan [protected]

                    I already placed the complaint . No response from the company. For more than one year we are bearing the inconvenience regarding the poor performance of the pureit marvella ro purifier. I expect immediate response from the Company.                       this is regarding the pureit marvella ro purifier . We bought it last year in May 2013. As the company man came and installed it, it worked for one day then started making bubbles noise throughout the day, not getting the tank filled. We placed a complaint and the service person came and opened all the inlet pipe, drain pipe, tap and somehow removed the airlock . Again after he left it worked for one day, and the same problem repeats, the bubbles noise and the water tank will not fill. It takes more than 24 hours to fill. Later again we placed a complaint and the same story repeated, pureit service person arriving and removing airlock and going and purifier not working after one day. The guy told us that we should buy some battery or something which cost 1600 rupees and he said we should keep it on through out the day, he did not clearly mention why we need it. Actually if it is because of the low pressure or high pressure water what ever it is, he tested it during the installation and confirmed that the pressure it right. So after this we thought may be again investing 1600 rupees and what if it does not work properly even then and the situation continues. Therefore we continued using the purifier with the same condition the bubbling noise through out the day and water not filling the tank through out the day. Now after one year no bubbling noise no water. Then I called pureit and place the complaint. They say we should pay 250 rupees service charge. She was telling only free service is within the year in the guarantee period. I think our pureit marvella ro appliance is adefect piece. What ever it is, is it justified that for the defect which was there since we bought it from the day one, we need to pay now 250 rupees now. And also what about the inconvenience we are facing for more than one year. Ok if i pay 250 also what is the guarantee that the problem gets rectified. Like last year, if the service person without rectifying the problem makes visits frequently should I keep paying him 250 rupees for his each visit?

                        Respected Sir/Madam I Dheeraj Choudhry residing at Bangalore. I brought Pureit advanced purifier (Pureit Customer ID: [protected]) on 20th April 2014 from Reliance Digital Cunnigham Road. Within 5 Days purifier started leaking in the middle portion. When called the Pureit customer care they told me that i will have to exchange it from Dealer. When visited the dealer they told me that I need to contact Pureit as its their product and they are responsible for this. Then i had to call Pureit helpline([protected]). After registering a compliant they told me that it will be rectified within 2 days. Even after 5 days there was no response and my compliant was closed. When called the helpline they told me that its system issue and opened a new compliant and told it will be rectified soon. After 6 days a technician from Pureit came to my home and reported that the middle portion is damaged they will replace the middle portion within 2 Days. Even after 15 Days there was no response, When called the pureit helpline they told me that they will have to get permission from higher authority.After about 5 Days the middle portion was replaced. Just after 7 Days it started leaking from other part. When called helpline they told me that it will be rectified within 48 hours. Even after waiting for 5 Days there was no response. Sixth day a technician came and did some sort of fitting and mentioned that it will not have any problem from now. Just after 7 Days it started leaking again. Opened a compliant with helpline and i was informed that it will be fixed within 2 Days. The technician came after 7 Days and he washed some portion and told that it will not leak again. Just after 15 Days it started leaking again from middle portion. I called the helpline on 20th June spoke to call executive Najma Farheen and a compliant C[protected].was raised stating technician would visit o check the problem. A technician came the next day and reported that the Germ Killer has stopped working. As got exhausted with this i asked them to replace or return my Money. They reported that they will have to contact they high team. Next i received call from a team lead Gopi([protected]) he denied stating they will replace the Germ Killer but cannot replace the whole part. Another Team Lead Mohammed|([protected]) called me and mentioned that they will replace the Germ Killer. I asked them to replace the whole kit as i keep having issue with 7 or 10 days. He told me that he will check with his manager and will try to do something. Even after 2 Days i received no response. Today ( 26 June) i received call from some Pureit supervisor Satish ([protected]) stating they will replace the Germ Kit but not the whole Purifier, When i told him that i need the whole Purifier replaced he told me that he will talk to his manager and call me tomorrow. Today i received message that my compliant C[protected] is resolved. It is a request to the consumer court to rectify my problem and to suspend these kind of Vendors who doesn't provide correct product and doesn't have responsibility. Which can clean our Country.                           My name is S. BALAKRISHNAN, I have bought one number Hindustan lever PUREIT Water Purifier Intella in the month of 28.12.13. Now the battery is required to be replaced immediately. i had contacted your helpline no[protected] which the battery is over ie May 14. They told that the service representative will come and change the battery the or week.After one week i had contacted the service representative he told that currently the battery is not available and it is manufacturing in Mumbai, so it will take another one week. Again i called his number ([protected]) he told i will another you can contact him, he is the service manager in Ambattur Branch. Therefore i called his number [protected] his name is Sundar. He also said the same thing it is not manufacturing in chennai only in Mumbai.Again he had given another manager number his name is Sathish ([protected] 0, he is the Manager for Hindustan Lever Pureit Ambattur Branch. He told that i will difinetely take this as seriously and tried to place the battery with in two weeks. Again i had waited and calleed him third week he told we had send E mail it will be reach by you next week. So like that he had extended the week and tried to cheat me. After i calling he told that the battery is not manufacturing in chennai, and also the product is new so it will take little late.so will come end of the week ie May end. Sir i want to weather the battery is manufacturing only in india not in any another country, then why this delay, and also why they are taking to much time and tried to fool the customer. i really vexed and also i called n number of calls, I don't know how the people are working laziness and also customer call taking lightly. so i want to you take severe action against this people . i need a proper solution for this without delay.                             i have bought one number Pureit water intella 12L in the month of 28/12/2013.Now the battery is required to be changed immediately. I contact the helpline no[protected] in the month of may 14. They told that it will be changed with in a week.But till date no body has turned . In mean time i called service engineer in the 1st week of may he told that the battery is not manufacturing chennai only in bombay.and also he had given service manager contact no he also told the same. Again he had given the Area manager contact no his name is Sathish, in charge of Ambattur, he told that i will take this special care and tried to deliver the battery with in the two weeks. Again i had contact him he told that the same thing sir it is not Manufacturing in chennai only in bombay it will be come with in the week. Sir i want to confirm that this battery is manufacturing only in india not in US or Singapore. then why it is delay. i thing they are not taking this as seriously. If they would take this as seriously then the immediately change the battery. Now the june over and july come. my question is why this delay, Please take proper acition against all of them. Because of this my family is suffering cough and also my money is waster of number of times i called in my mobile.

                              This is my complain number #C[protected]. Technician visited and said there is no chlorine in the battery. So i have to buy a new germ kit killer. I had this problem from very start, the day i replaced the gkk(7/3/14). And I had even complained about it several times. But i dint receive any service. and today after 3 months I receive the service and they say I have to again BUY a new gkk. But I will bring to your notice that the gkk has expired prematurely and no one is ready to accept that. I am tired of explaining your call centre people and the branch executives but the only response I get is "we are sorry for this. But you have to buy a new one". I am demanding a new gkk for free as its premature expiry and the inconvenience am facing since last three months. I would say if you can't provide the service then stop claiming false things. Hope you take an action against this soon. Sunil Joisher

                                Hi team, I would like to file a complaint against Knorr Soup quality. I bought few packets of Knorr soup with Expiry date of 23 July 2014. Last week, few family members came to my house and we thought of making soups in the evening but when they were made, the taste was very bad as if the product got expired.                                 I have recently purchased Knor - Manchow Noodles Soup and soup doesnt contain noodles. it was such a dissappointment.
                                We got a knorr soup packed and found worms inside it. This is the worst one, cant stop thinking about kids who consume it. Please do check before you use this product again. The product was not expired and therr was no external damage outside.

                                  I have been using Pureit for last 3 years now. Recently (15 days ago) my filter showed a red sign indicating that the germkill kit needs to be replaced. I immediately booked the new filter by call customer support. The technician came and replaced the germkill kit on 15- May. He also notice that some other part also needs to be replaced. We paied him the charges for germkill kit and the part he replaced. Since last week the filter again started leaking. I launch a complaint with Pureit Customer service on 8 June 2014 (C[protected]. I was told that I will get the service in 48 hours. However no one turned up to attend my complaint. On top of that, to my surprise I received an SMS on my cell stating my address could not be traced. I was so agitated reading the message, I called the customer service again. I was surprise to see how my address suddenly became untraceable where as the technician had just visited on the same address about 15-20 days ago. I was again told by Customer service that they will SMS me a new complaint number and will escalate the case. So far I have not received any text.

                                    I am brough PURE IT Marvela 2 years back and suffering from bad customer service. One of the top right side cylinder has broken from last few months for my pure IT Marvela. There are atleast 4-5 complaints mentioned below. The complaint started from last year. Does PURE IT technical team requires few month to solve a customer complaint. Date - Complaint Numbers [protected] c[protected] [protected] c[protected] [protected] c[protected] which we have given and there is no resolution yet. There is constant leakage of the instrument from last 4 months but no action is taken. Its pathetic customer service where you guys are not bothered about the resolution. I was a ambassdor of HLL but I have lost all the faith. If you have any courtesy, please send someone and solve this problem Its high alert red situation for us where every alternate day we are calling your customer service and repeating our issue rather than working on our life priority issues.There is assurance on every alternate day that it is solved still nothing has been done till today.

                                      I bought Pureit last year with great expectations from HUL. I had been a user of Eureka UV for more than a decade. Besides the lower UV wattage, recurring cost was an issue with Eureka and as HUL quoted 3000l o[censored]se before replacement for a CFL, I believed the recurring cost would be less. However, water started leaking just at the end of 3month o[censored]se. We called in service center and the representative asked us to change the CFL. We are a family of 2, both working, and have our drinking needs satiated from outside during the day time. As per 3000l quoted number, it comes out to be 33ltr o[censored]sage / day for us, which would not be a case even if we wash clothes in filtered water. When we told him that its just 3 months from the date of purchase, he told us that it is a problem with a pressure as you are on the 9th floor in the 18th floor building. He asked us to put a pressure valve for more than a 1000bucks and we obliged. The problem however didn't end there. Every 3month we continued to receive a change in CSF light or leaking water. In today, I received the "change CSF" indicator for 4th time bringing my overall cost of maintenance to Rs4000/year. Had company not claimed of wrong numbers, I would have happily bought Eureka and paid ~Rs1500 for per year maintenance.

                                      I still cant imagine company like HUL cheating people like this but I cant get 4th time unlucky with the same product. In addition, if its a faulty product, I would like HUL to make the corrections to the same and train its service personal who sell unnecessary accessories for unwanted reasons. I would appreciate if this complaint helps sort the issue.
