My complaint As provided for Pongal offer, we purchased listed HUL products worth over Rs. 600 and we were given a coupon by Adyar Departmental Stores, Adyar, Chennai saying that 2 movie tickets of our choice will be sent to us on registering. We registered for this offer on January 17th which was acknowledged by an SMS saying that e-voucher of movie tickets will be sent to us by 20th Janyary 2015. Till now we have not received any information regarding this. Kindly send the movie tickets immediately.
I am having the exact same problem. From what I am seeing, it looks like a planned scam!

For one, the contact number that you get on the SMS that 'promises' to send the e-voucher by the coming Saturday is one digit short ([protected]). If you manage to find the actual number (I assumed that the last digit was missing and tried all 10 combinations) - [protected] - they do not pick the call at all. Even if they pick the call, they just say that they are facing a problem with bookmyshow.com, ask for your name and phone number and say that you will get it in a day or two.

I have managed to reach the 1800 number thrice (after trying it about two dozen times) and have got the same reply each time. When I asked them for a complaint number, they said that there is none; when I asked to speak to their manager, I was told rudely that that person is not available.

I have spoken to many others and everyone is facing the same issue; one of the affected parties is a member of a reputed consumer forum. He has contacted the stores around his area and has started taking signatures from the affected people. We will be escalating this to the consumer council soon.

    I have registered a complain for poor filtration from my PURE IT and ordered for replacement of the germ kill kit. The complaint number was C[protected].It was 10.01.2015. Since then no person even bothered to make a contact, paying visit is a far off thing. Nobody is taking call at the service centre. But the best part it I have been receiving messages from pure it in my mobile stating that my problem was resolved. No one is taking a call, no one came to see the problem yet they considered the issue fixed. It is very hard to believe such non-sensical idiotic approach from a veteran concern like HUL.

      We purchased a Pureit Marvella RO + UV from marathahalli ezone on Dec 25th 2014. Unit was delivered to us on 31st Dec 2014. We placed a request for installation with pureit. After several calls finally a technician from Sri Raghavendra Agencies LSP came and did the installation on 6th January 2015. It worked fine next day. On 8th January 2015 night drinking water dispenser started leaking continuously. We observed this on next day morning. Immediate at 7:45 am on 9th January we called up pureit customer care and raised a compliant. Compliant number is C15414293. We also turned off the device. On 8th afternoon same person who did the installation called up my husband sand said I know the problem, I dont have spare part I will come in the evening. He did not turn up. We called pureit and placed a request for the entire unit. It is only a day old installed unit. We did not want part installation. Today same technician came. Without even inspecting the device he informed his supervision device is leaking one drop/minute. And device is off at this time. We asked him we have placed a request for complete replacement and we want to talk to his supervisor. He did not respond properly.He told us to check with ezone only, he cannot provide his supervision number. Since he did not respond properly we called pureit again, they said they will arrange for a callback within few hours. None of them called. After few hours we called pureit again, they are suppose to call us in an hour. So far no one called. For the brand new device how can one suggest for part replacement. We do understand if it was old one. We are not at all happy with this response. If possible we want to return the unit and go for refund Regards Jayalakshmi

        I purchased HUL marvella a year back and for first service of CSF blinking i have registered to the toll free number and we received the complaint registered sms after two days we received as"thank you message stating and customer complaint has been closed within service department without even attending in home . i was shocked and came to know how bad is service .

          We had installed a Pure IT marvella purifier however, since last few months it started leaking. We have registered complaint numerous times with the Customer Care however, there has been no resolution. The technician comes and he reports that the parts are not available and hence they recommend to buy new purifier which is utter non-sense. Those of you who are reading this complaint, please refrain from purchasing Pureit marvella as it is usually costlier than usual water purifiers and is not worth at all.

            I purchased the above mentioned premium bread from a mall in Andheri on wednesday 17-12-14. and opened it to make sandwiches and to my surprise except for two or three slices the rest loaf had fungus. I have kept two slices of the bread as a proof for you to see and act on it immediately as I had to order evening snacks for my family which caused inconvience and had to shell around 150 Rs for it.I am Mrs.Gajria and my mobile number is [protected] .Expecting some immediate response from a company like Unilever.Thanks.               I have bought a Pureit water filter from Pune, Aundh. Greivence 1 - I am very unhappy with the performance of this Products from the date of purchase. Several parts have been changed in the past 2 years. Literaly the whole system has been changed. If there is clear defect in the product then why is this still being sold to consumers Greivence 2 - Pureit is serviced by a company called "Infinite E Series" based in Pune. The control on the technitians is very poor. I have made a complaint on 11 Dec 14 Morning. on 13 Dec 14 (after 2 days) the technician called up and said that he is on his way. Now it is 1:30pm. He has still on come to repair. On checking with his office, it seems that he has given another reason to his superior that the service is being attended by another person. Please check with Infinite on [protected] I want justice to be done for both my greivences Change my Filteration system with a new one and also improve the service of the company hired by Puriet.

                  I have Pureit Advanced 23L water purifier. It has been almost a year since it was purchased. The battery color is still white which means it is still valid. However there is green moss inside the transparent water container which indicates that the water is not fit for drinking. Please note that the water was not stagnant and has been replaced on daily basis.When we called the Customer Care on 4th Nov 2014, they registered a complaint (C[protected] and informed that it will be attended to within 48 hrs. However after 48 hrs the complaint was closed without anyone ever attending to it. No one even called us.I called up the Customer Care again on 10 Nov 2014 to order a new germ kill kit. The operator was literally sleeping and did not respond to my queries. It was clearly evident that he was sleeping on call. He did not register my order. When I requested for order number, he started to abuse me and said this is how we speak at customer care.1. He was speaking in Hindi in-spite of me selecting the language as "English". Not that I do not know Hindi but he was in-competent to speak.2. He did not register my order3. He was abusive to me.I have registered a fresh complaint for this matter (C[protected]. If I do not get satisfactory resolution to this matter in next 48 hrs I am going to take this matter to Consumer Court and also expose in Media.I have had pathetic Customer Care experience from Pure-it on previous occasions as well and after reading other posts I am in no doubt that Hindustan Unilever is only making false promises and they really do not care for Customer once their products are sold.

                    I got a modern bread yesterday and after I bought it home saw a thin string of plastic inside the bread. Was shocked to see this. Din't imagine that such a branded product would be so careless about their quality. I am still having this bread with me and is still unopened.

                      Sir, Sub: New Pureit with used kit (battery) I purchased Advance 23 ltr Pureit on 22.10.2014 from M/S Rudra Enterprise, Asansol-4 (Mob. No. [protected]) under exchange offer. Their men brought the equipment at my house and install it, took Rs. 2500/- and get my signature on the cash memo no. 6247 dated 22.10.14. After draining out first water completely through tap I used the water and found the presence of chlorine smell. I again drained out the water completely through the tap but the smell did not go. I lodged my complaint on 24.10.2014 vide no. C[protected] with pureit customer care . On 26.10.2014 I was given wrong information by Pureiy Custermer care through SMS that my complaint has been attended. I made several calls to Mr. Katik Team Leader of Pureit Asansol who admitted that the carbon polisher is broken and promised me to replace it. Just now I opened the equipment as per the instruction given in the manual and found that the dealer has willfully given the used and old Advanced Microfiber Mesh and Carbon Polisher. I found that Advanced Microfiber Mesh is dirty and carbon Polisher is broken. My Serial No. of my Pureit Advance 23 ltr is RPA [protected]. It is shame on the part of Hindustan Unilever to supply such product which is the concern of health of people.                             Hi, There was a offer from Knorr Soupy noodles to win Chota Bheem's skate scooty. As per the offer, I have sent the codes given in that noodles pack. After some time I got a call from that company saying I won a scooty. They asked me about the address and they taken the same from me. The executive said I will get the scooty with in one month. Its 2 months passed but till now I didn't receive the scooty. Even I found my name in the list of winners which is published by the company in their company's website, I was trying to contact costumer care number provided but didn't get any response. I think this is scam by Unilever to get the business and publicity. This is very shame to Unilever and action should be taken against this type of fraud. Thanks, Madhukar

                              I ordered germi kill kit on 30/09/2014 and till today I did not get the kit. These guys from pureit has given a supplier's number in chennai who never bother to switch-on his mobile. Called back pureit again and again they give same reply that the problem will be solved with 48 hours. every time u call, they take 48 hours from the day of complaint. They dont have call escalation mechanism. I made a HUGE mistake in choosing this product. I advise to the people who will be reading this *********************************DONT PURCHASE PUREIT FOR THE GOD'S SAKE*************************

                                Hello, I got Pureit Marvel RO two around 18 months back for 13, 500. Why buying they told we need to change CSF & ROM filters. CSF would cost 750 and need to be changed 6 months once and ROM would cost 1800 and needs to be changed 15 months once.

                                But CSF is failing every 3 months once. In addition to this they are telling CSF is costing 1600 now and ROM is costing 3, 500. Which means they had increased the rated by 100% in less then 15 months and they products (filters) are keep failing regularly.

                                I am totally not happy with this product, I need to get the cost of purchase (13, 500) and all my filter cost replacement cost (appr. 10, 000) recovered from HUL. More than that necessary steps needs to be taken to band HUL doing business in India immediately. Hope any one can help our country from these type of cheaters.

                                  I had placed an order for the Pureit Marvell UV GKK kit from the Internet on Monday-22-September @ 10:42am, I’ve received the confirmation message with my order #: RFS/5418901 my mobile number [protected]. I’m aware that there’s a Pureit promise by the text message in my mobile for the delivery deadline as 72 from the time of booking. Yesterday(25/sep/2014) I’ve raised the concern(Complaint: C[protected] that I’ve not received the GKK kit even after 72 hours after booking. Today I’ve received the call from Basaveshwara enterprise Bangalore informing they are charging full amount of Rs.950 for the GKK kit.

                                    My registered number ([protected])I had ordered the GKK(Germ kill kit) under the Pureit promise as mentioned in their website, failing to deliver the GKK within 72 hours from the time of booking they will provide the GKK for free with the charges only for delivery and installation. I've completed 4 days now still not received the GKK, but the person from Pureit says they can't provide the free GKK as per their so called promise. I had raised the complaint against the same, waiting for their response. I'll update in this forum soon, about their actions. Thank you.

                                      I had ordered Pureit Classic 14 Liter Germkill Kit on 21/08/2014 by calling on the Pureit Helpline No.[protected]RFS/5156744). Germkill kit was not delivered till 29/08/2014, so I again called on the Helpline No. and re-registered my order on 29/08/2014. Germkill kit was not delivered till 05/09/2014, so I called on the Helpline No. and registered the COMPLAIN (Complain No. C[protected] on 05/09/2014 with assurance of assistance within 48 hours. Germkill kit was not delivered till 13/09/2014, so I again called on the Helpline No. and 3rd time registered my order on 13/09/2014. Till now no response from the Service Provider of HUL Pureit and customer care of HUL Pureit keep telling me that your request shall be looked after within 48 hours. Please take some action.

                                        I bought a product from ebay and i got damaged one. in spite of number of mails and calls someone from ebay told me that please call pureit as it comes under warranty. i called puriet they said they will visit my home to see the product. after a week technician came a check only that carbon filter is broken and he dint check anything. after some days he came a change the filter and that time also he dint check the full product and dint assamble also. after one days i fill the water on the pureit and found that bottom panel is also leaking cause it came as a cracked . i made a complaint in pureit but each time i was just listening that some one will visit at your home. and now they are saying that technician had already visited your home and he dint found the product damaged. and now they are telling that you have to pay around 600 rs to replace the product. Please help me as from past 45 days i am struggling on this issue. on Ebay the product is purit Claim ID : 592268 PaisaPay ID : [protected]
