[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — circuit board problem in pureit marvella ro+uv | |||||
I have purchased pureit ro + uv on some month of 2016. Till now i had spent money on changing the filter. From the date of purchase till now i have requested pure it to change the filter and it would have cost me more than 10k. And now on april 2019 gkk2 lights started blinking, as usual i have approached customer care and they have changed gkk2 filter at the cost of around 3k and on the very next day of filter change all the lights sf, gkk1 and gkk2 lights are started blinking, i have contacted the assigned technician and he have changed some thing and it works for me for one day and next day again it stops to work and all lights started to blink. Again i have contacted the technician and he informed me it because the circuit board id problem and to change the board it will cost me nearly 3500 some thing. I have written this to pure it to the email id pureit. [protected]@unilever.com with subject "marvella ro + uv - circuit board problem". No one have contacted to my number and till now this issue is not resolved. I'm fed up of the customer service, the customer service personals also not responding properly through phone. The assigned technician person is from sri meenakshi agencies, chennai. I am really confused whether purifier works for me or for service provider's benefit. I will never suggest anyone with this product or any of the pureit product of its poor customer service. I can see lot of person have reported on this circuit failure of this product.
