My name is parveen kumar. My contact no is [protected]. I bought a new product lakme perfect radiance cream from a store of lakme brand. They gave me a faulty product. Since last 2 month, i was in touch with them about their faulty product. Sometimes they give the response of my email and some time they don't. I am totally fed up with their service. Now they are not able to respond or never try to talk with their customer. While i rais a complained to replace my product, they told me that replacement is initiated. Till now i don't get my replacement.
