Hi, My name is parveen kumar. My contact no is [protected]. I bought a new product lakme perfect radiance cream from a store of lakme brand. They gave me a faulty product. Since last 2 month, i was in touch with them about their faulty product. Sometimes they give the response of my email and some time they don't. I am totally fed up with their service. Now they are not able to respond or never try to talk with their customer. While i rais a complained to replace my product, they told me that replacement is initiated. Marvella is leaking for past one month and also water is not properly coming from the tap. So many times complaints has been raised but no one has attended. My humble request to please send the technician as early as possible.
