Hi.. I have literally complained 5-6 times on your IVR system as well as to your in-store person and your senior service engineer has visited 3 times and still unable to resolve the leakage problem. Highly dissatisfied with your product. Despite complaining on IVR last two times, no message is received on Mobile with complain no, and registration or complain. Just fed up of this leakage problem for 1 1/2 month. My Purifier is still under warranty, kindly fix it and if you cannot please replace it. If the service from you people is so bad I would not recommend Pureit to anyone else. Was this information helpful? | |||||
