Its not even 2yrs and i had hell lot of problems with this one. Emails to cusotmer service are never replied back to and the service agency is useless. The very next day after changing the gkk2, for 4000/- the filter has stopped working and flashing the same warning again. The technician when contacted said the chip inside needs to be replaced. If the chip was faulty and the technician knew it, then when was i made to pay 4000 for the gkk2, it is evident that the problem was with the chip and not the gkk2. No one from unilever has even addressed my complaint. Iam now without water for past 3 weeks and need to purchase drinking water due such useless service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
