[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — purifier not working | |
I have purchased pureit classic uv in 2017. Till last sunday it was working perfectly but on sunday evening it stopped. There wasn't a red light indicator which tell to replace gkk but the blue light was flashing. After refering the manual i came to know that it shows some problem inside the purifier thus i called up customer care who had sent an attendant today who said the circuit is damaged. I used it single handedly and with so much of care still within less than 2 years the circuit got failed. The attendant changed the gkk as well, that gkk was the one i got at the time of purchase. I am disappointed. The circuit costs 3500, the attendant said. I feel that i made a mistake by choosing hul product. Was this information helpful? | |
