They did not deliver my product so far and daily i am getting messages that your product is delivered and need feedback. They are sending suspicious links to give feedback to the products that they have never delivered.
I am concerned about how they have used my submitted details for the sample.

    Its a shame that hul is looting its customers through pureit product. Recently my pureit power adaptor gone bad and i raised a compaint. The pureit technican came to home and replaced power adaptor (230vac to 24vdc) and charged me 1800 rs for adaptor and 300 rs for technician charge. Total 2100rs they have taken from me. Bill is with me for proof. The same adaptor is available for 300rs in market & amazon, that too with 1 year warranty. I request pureit to refund my 1500 rs. This is a worst company and shameless team!!!

Because of your executives i also have to take leave from my office. If you can't do anything that let me know so that i can take another purifier of other brand.

        Please take immediate note:

        I had purchased ro (On 3.2.2019 vide receipt no. 4219 from your authorized provider ' g r services, new delhi". I was confidently told by the sales person that the product has one year warranty and that all parts including all filters are replaced free of cost during that period. Having known the company well i took this on its face value despite that i had insisted for the same in writing. As the sales person assured that you can call any time on the number mentioned on the receipt and any service issues as explained during warranty period shall be taken care of, it was in all trust and fairness that no further insistence was made. I was just provided with a invoice copy against payment made (Invoice no. 4219).
        On 8.1.2020 i put a complaint for rectifying the problem being 'red blinker on'.
        At the time of purchase i was clearly told that the product has one year comprehensive warranty and all types of parts as well as all filters needing replacement along with service charge shall be covered in warranty and no charges be levied at all on any count till a period of one year being the warranty coverage.
        Now after my reminder to the complaint when the service person visited he mentioned that the filters cost will have to be borne by the customer.
        This is purely shocking that a company of the stature o[censored]nilever can't be even trusted. It is beyond my imagination that such mal-practice exists where trust is broken that easily. Whether this happens because of one person or the whole department is not known to me and i can't give an opinion on that.
        At this stage i am making it amply clear that faith be reposed by carrying out the necessary work immediately as per warranty commitment made to me so that matter does does not escalate further and a harmonious relationship between customer and vendor remains alive and that trust is reposed.
        I expect this to be done immediately.

          I have changed the germ kill kit but after some days i could see white suspension in the filtered water. I clean several times thinking that it will be fine after cleaning but it does not help. And it leaks continuously which is another major issue. I am very sure that the filtered water what i am getting is not at all safe. Please give me solutions of the issue. I will be thankful if a service person comes and check once. I am not able to remember the date at which i have changed the kit but i am sure the problem starts from the first day itself. Since i was out of station for many days i could not give complaint in time.

          I changed the Gkk2 kit a month back and after that, there is continuous leakage. Raised almost 5 complaints and called customer care multiple times but no response from them

            Complaint regarding high cost for replacing a tap. Customer care said 75 rupees for installing tap but service engineer asking 275 rupees. Installation charges 75, service charges 200. So total 275. This cost is very high. We are using pure it for almost 10 years and this hugh cost makes us not to use this. Please take necessary action to resolve this issue.

              Called star services and hi technician, the staff is totally illeterate and doesn't know how to talk to customer.
              Technician was talking so rude and strait way said, i will not come today go and approach anyone for complaint if you want, nothing will happen. I will do whenever and when i want to do.

                They installed a new gkk and charged rs. 3000 for the same. After installation, the water stopped coming, the technician told to pay rs. 3000 more for the new motor or extended warranty. So ideally for rs. 7000 new purifier, they are asking for pay rs. 6000 to make sure we get water to drink. Seems like a fraud or cheating, as before gkk installation everything was perfectly fine. Seems technician have made some change to grab extra 3000

                    I have purchased pureit ultima ro+suv in the year 2016 and no problem till 2018. I was all praise for this product till last year but now j am very much disappointed with the company as they have stopped solving the issues instead they keep telling new issues after solving the one resulting in adding our expenses unnecessarily.

                    I was in a impression that hul is a very trustworthy company even their technicians are honest but now i dont have trust on them.

                    I had replaced gkk2 kit last year i. E. March 2018 bd paid rs.3800+250 and then in just one year i had to change it again in march 2019 and paid rs.3800+300. After that in just 7 months i. E in november 2019 the told me to change it again and paid 3800+300. Now it is just one month again it is showing to change gkk 2.

                    So in just one year i have paid more than 12000 plus visiting charges. Nos the are telling me that there is problem in the control circuit, that will cost rs. 5000.

                    Ic there was problem in the control circuit since last year then your technicians are fooling us and telling to change gkk2 that too e times in just 1 year. Normally the machine has a cycle of gkk21 and gkk2.in just last one year gkk 1cis showing full blocks and gkk2 i had to change it thrice. Pls stop fooling people. This is a new way of making money. Whh do you to spoil hul company's name. Just stop it start working honestly like before.

                    I just want my money to be refunded. Pls look into the matter and refund my money.

                      I had purchased pureit battery - hul pureit germkill kit for classic 23 l water purifier - 3000 l from amazon.in. Fro price of rs 950/-. Same was delivered to me on 13-sep-2019.

                      Now after using for two months or so, i realise that the battery is not getting used when i found the water is not getting filtered and leaks from the filter.

                      Appears the product was faulty itself, didn't get consumed and was delivering the purified water.

                      I cannot get it replaced from amazon since its 2 months from purchase date.
                      Needs to know way to get this replaced from hul.

                        It shows some error on purifier. I raise the many complaints still it has not solved.
                        Also call customer care many times.
                        But no one come to solve the issue.
                        The issue was pending from last 10-15 days.

                          I lodged complaint about non working of water purifier display diffuser panel about 2.5 months back. Since then your technician visited twice to repair it and every time said that diffuser panel needs replacement and it’s out of stock. I again lodged another compliant recently on 4th nov. again same technician came and this time we contacted your customer care and requested them to arrange part on high priority. To my wonder now the machine is out of warranty and therefore technically I need to pay for its repair. However since I lodged my complaint about 2.5 months back during warranty period I request to do this part replacement under warranty claim. And more importantly urgently as we are not able to use this purifier regularly and spent huge amount on buying water from outside.

                          If my problem is not resolved I will take legal action against the company at your cost and consequences.

                          Hope you will resolve this issue.

                            Since the light in the pureit machine was blinking asking us to replace gkk2, we called for the technician. After almost a pitched battle, a technician appeared and replaced the gkk2. Now the quality of water is terrible. It is brackish and tastes really bad. What is to be done? Need advice. We are really tired of fighting with the agencies to get them to send in their technician for any repairs. We have an amc with the venkateswara agency at kottivakam. But if i again register a complaint will we get service? Will our problem get resolved? Unilever needs to do something to retain customers.

                            We registered a complain about our water filter yesterday morning and have followed up with the agent because we are in urgent need of drinking water. But the company has kept on saying they will call back. Any other issue we can wait but we don’t want to drink the water we are buying from outside.

                              I am mohandas residing in tripunithura, near ernakulam
                              I have a classic autofill 23 litres filter. Last week it started leaking from the bottom tank. After my contact with the agency they sent a technician who came in an evening and he found out a small crack at the bottom. He immediately put a m seal like compound and asked us to use it in the next morning after the compound is completely dried.. But it didn't dried up till the next evening. So i again contacted the technician. But he did not turned up till now. So i could not use the filter for the last 4-5 days.

                              I ordered 2 dove pack of 8 units each from Shopclues. They are duplicates. Their smell is different and has very poor quality like some cheap soaps in local market. It has little bit different packing . The soap was placed inside the box covered in plastic but in original pack the soap is placed directly in the box without any plastic covering.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is related to the pureit uv filter which i had purchased in bhilai on 26th jul’17 for my new home. Since last 27 months we are using the uv filter for our daily consumption. Since 2017 onwards we are regularly purchasing the filtration kit of 3000 liters capacity at an average time interval of 4 months or less than that. We are a family of 3 with my wife, my 3.5 years son and me. Our daily consumption of filtered/potable water for drinking as well as cooking is not more than 10 liters/day. The average tds of municipal water received in our taps is not more than 100-120 ppm. By this standard the filtration kit should last for atleast (3000/10x30) = 9 to 10 months but the actual life of the filtration kit is not even half of the expected life. Moreover we are facing lot of technical issued since last two years related to stoppage of filtration system due to internal system error, leakage of water and over-flow of water a lamp has been also been replaced. During these 2 years we have spent more amount on maintenance that the cost of filter.
                                We need immediate solution to the matter above, failing which we will have no other option than to get the issue resolved through the consumer forum.

                                  I have purchased marvella uv. As purified water was spilling from marvella uv, i made a complaint. A complaint charge of rs.300- was collected vide cash bill no.1083 dt.15.08.2019 from tvl. Sri durga services, coimbatore (Gstn 33ckvpp1454l1zk). Again recurrence of same complaint, uv-s. V costing of rs.425- vide cash bill no.1101/dated 17.08.2019 was changed. Even after change o[censored]v-sv, there is still water spilling from marvella uv water purifier. Hence i request you to change new one. Otherwise there is no other option to file a complaint before legal forum.

                                    “ Pureit HUL Classic 14-Litre water purifier” मैंने 26/06/2019 को ख़रीदा था लेकिन जब water purifier को उपयोग में लाया गया तो कुछ दिन बाद उसमें से बैटरी के नीचे से पानी लीक होने लगा जिसकी शिकायत मैंने कम्पनी के टोल फ्री नंबर [protected] पर की और उस पर कम्पनी के technician के द्वारा उसे सुधारा गया लेकिन वह कुछ दिन तक ठीक रहा और फिर से उसमें से बैटरी के नीचे से पानी लीक होने लगा │ ऐसा Pureit HUL Classic 14-Litre water purifier में बार – बार यही समस्या आ रही है और यह समस्या तीन से चार बार आ चुकी है │ मै हर बार कम्पनी से शिकायत करता हू और कम्पनी के technician के द्वारा उसे सुधारा जाता है लेकिन वह कुछ दिन तक ठीक रहता है और फिर से उसमें से बै टरी के नीचे से पानी लीक होने लगता है ऐसा कब तक चलेगा │मै यह शिकायत बार – बार कर के परेशान हो गया हू │ यह कम्पनी दिफ़क्ट है जो कि आपके कम्पनी के technician से भी नहीं ठीक हो रहा है अत: कृपा कर आप से निवेदन है कि इस Pureit HUL Classic 14-Litre water purifier को बदल कर दूसरा पीस देने का कष्ट करे “ क्योंकि जब से मैंने इसे लिया है तभी से सिर्फ़ यही समस्या आ रही है जो मुझे और परिवार के लोगो को शाररिक एवं मानसिक प्रताड़ित कर रही है │

                                      I have purchased a pureit from amazon. And the technician called me for the installation i was out of town.. When i came back home called him to install my water purifier he didn't turned up so i called at customer service center and told them to install my water purifier i received a call from from the technician he was asking rs 1000/- for installation a local water purifier making company does not charge for installation i think a big brand should mantain some standards.. I have to think twice before i suggest someone to buy your water purifier..

                                        It’s really unfortunate that company like unilever has such a poor vendor management who doesn’t have a skilled technicians to resolve the service complaints

                                        On saturday, i raised a complaint of water leakage post which a technician arrived on sunday and did some r&d and declared that pump is not working. How come a pump which was working properly before his arrival suddenly stopped working. And he advised us to change the pump after that only he could possibly check for the leakage problem. Now, clarify one thing, if pump wasn’t working then how would leakage happen

                                        I feel that your vendor deliberately looking for business to make money by fooling its customer and i[censored]nilever does know all these things and not taking any action on this then i would have look into this matter seriously
