I lodged complaint about non working of water purifier display diffuser panel about 2.5 months back. Since then your technician visited twice to repair it and every time said that diffuser panel needs replacement and it’s out of stock. I again lodged another compliant recently on 4th nov. again same technician came and this time we contacted your customer care and requested them to arrange part on high priority. To my wonder now the machine is out of warranty and therefore technically I need to pay for its repair. However since I lodged my complaint about 2.5 months back during warranty period I request to do this part replacement under warranty claim. And more importantly urgently as we are not able to use this purifier regularly and spent huge amount on buying water from outside.

If my problem is not resolved I will take legal action against the company at your cost and consequences.

Hope you will resolve this issue.

    Since the light in the pureit machine was blinking asking us to replace gkk2, we called for the technician. After almost a pitched battle, a technician appeared and replaced the gkk2. Now the quality of water is terrible. It is brackish and tastes really bad. What is to be done? Need advice. We are really tired of fighting with the agencies to get them to send in their technician for any repairs. We have an amc with the venkateswara agency at kottivakam. But if i again register a complaint will we get service? Will our problem get resolved? Unilever needs to do something to retain customers.

    We registered a complain about our water filter yesterday morning and have followed up with the agent because we are in urgent need of drinking water. But the company has kept on saying they will call back. Any other issue we can wait but we don’t want to drink the water we are buying from outside.

      I am mohandas residing in tripunithura, near ernakulam
      I have a classic autofill 23 litres filter. Last week it started leaking from the bottom tank. After my contact with the agency they sent a technician who came in an evening and he found out a small crack at the bottom. He immediately put a m seal like compound and asked us to use it in the next morning after the compound is completely dried.. But it didn't dried up till the next evening. So i again contacted the technician. But he did not turned up till now. So i could not use the filter for the last 4-5 days.

      I ordered 2 dove pack of 8 units each from Shopclues. They are duplicates. Their smell is different and has very poor quality like some cheap soaps in local market. It has little bit different packing . The soap was placed inside the box covered in plastic but in original pack the soap is placed directly in the box without any plastic covering.

        Dear sir,
        This is related to the pureit uv filter which i had purchased in bhilai on 26th jul’17 for my new home. Since last 27 months we are using the uv filter for our daily consumption. Since 2017 onwards we are regularly purchasing the filtration kit of 3000 liters capacity at an average time interval of 4 months or less than that. We are a family of 3 with my wife, my 3.5 years son and me. Our daily consumption of filtered/potable water for drinking as well as cooking is not more than 10 liters/day. The average tds of municipal water received in our taps is not more than 100-120 ppm. By this standard the filtration kit should last for atleast (3000/10x30) = 9 to 10 months but the actual life of the filtration kit is not even half of the expected life. Moreover we are facing lot of technical issued since last two years related to stoppage of filtration system due to internal system error, leakage of water and over-flow of water a lamp has been also been replaced. During these 2 years we have spent more amount on maintenance that the cost of filter.
        We need immediate solution to the matter above, failing which we will have no other option than to get the issue resolved through the consumer forum.

          purifier not working

          I have purchased pureit classic uv in 2017.
          Till last sunday it was working perfectly but on sunday evening it stopped.
          There wasn't a red light indicator which tell to replace gkk but the blue light was flashing. After refering the manual i came to know that it shows some problem inside the purifier thus i called up customer care who had sent an attendant today who said the circuit is damaged.
          I used it single handedly...

          I have purchased marvella uv. As purified water was spilling from marvella uv, i made a complaint. A complaint charge of rs.300- was collected vide cash bill no.1083 dt.15.08.2019 from tvl. Sri durga services, coimbatore (Gstn 33ckvpp1454l1zk). Again recurrence of same complaint, uv-s. V costing of rs.425- vide cash bill no.1101/dated 17.08.2019 was changed. Even after change o[censored]v-sv, there is still water spilling from marvella uv water purifier. Hence i request you to change new one. Otherwise there is no other option to file a complaint before legal forum.

            “ Pureit HUL Classic 14-Litre water purifier” मैंने 26/06/2019 को ख़रीदा था लेकिन जब water purifier को उपयोग में लाया गया तो कुछ दिन बाद उसमें से बैटरी के नीचे से पानी लीक होने लगा जिसकी शिकायत मैंने कम्पनी के टोल फ्री नंबर [protected] पर की और उस पर कम्पनी के technician के द्वारा उसे सुधारा गया लेकिन वह कुछ दिन तक ठीक रहा और फिर से उसमें से बैटरी के नीचे से पानी लीक होने लगा │ ऐसा Pureit HUL Classic 14-Litre water purifier में बार – बार यही समस्या आ रही है और यह समस्या तीन से चार बार आ चुकी है │ मै हर बार कम्पनी से शिकायत करता हू और कम्पनी के technician के द्वारा उसे सुधारा जाता है लेकिन वह कुछ दिन तक ठीक रहता है और फिर से उसमें से बै टरी के नीचे से पानी लीक होने लगता है ऐसा कब तक चलेगा │मै यह शिकायत बार – बार कर के परेशान हो गया हू │ यह कम्पनी दिफ़क्ट है जो कि आपके कम्पनी के technician से भी नहीं ठीक हो रहा है अत: कृपा कर आप से निवेदन है कि इस Pureit HUL Classic 14-Litre water purifier को बदल कर दूसरा पीस देने का कष्ट करे “ क्योंकि जब से मैंने इसे लिया है तभी से सिर्फ़ यही समस्या आ रही है जो मुझे और परिवार के लोगो को शाररिक एवं मानसिक प्रताड़ित कर रही है │

              I have purchased a pureit from amazon. And the technician called me for the installation i was out of town.. When i came back home called him to install my water purifier he didn't turned up so i called at customer service center and told them to install my water purifier i received a call from from the technician he was asking rs 1000/- for installation a local water purifier making company does not charge for installation i think a big brand should mantain some standards.. I have to think twice before i suggest someone to buy your water purifier..

                It’s really unfortunate that company like unilever has such a poor vendor management who doesn’t have a skilled technicians to resolve the service complaints

                On saturday, i raised a complaint of water leakage post which a technician arrived on sunday and did some r&d and declared that pump is not working. How come a pump which was working properly before his arrival suddenly stopped working. And he advised us to change the pump after that only he could possibly check for the leakage problem. Now, clarify one thing, if pump wasn’t working then how would leakage happen

                I feel that your vendor deliberately looking for business to make money by fooling its customer and i[censored]nilever does know all these things and not taking any action on this then i would have look into this matter seriously

                  I have purchased pureit marvella ro uv water purifier, as you t of s i am spending about rs.7000/- per year for changing spares like sff, gkk1 & gkk2 along with service charge, now purifier is not working when we called call center they said technician will with cost of rs.300/- and will rectify the problem, technician called me and said that spare part cost is rs.320/- and service charge is rs.300/-. I said ok come and rectify the problem then technician visited and said that power circuit has gone bad and it will cost rs.3200/- apart from service charge.
                  If this is the situation, it is better to purchase bisleri water bottles instead of spending yearly so much money for maintenance.
                  Requested to look into it and do the needful as the quality of circuit is very poor since power system in the house is very systematic.

                    I have pureit ro + uv classic. I called pureit helpline for 'change sf' light blinking. A technician visited and on further examination he found that there is membrane issue and gave me the idea of amc. I took the 1 year amc for rs. 4500 and got the bill. The bill is on " R. S. Enterprises water purifier and RO service center" on 1st July 2019. Now there is an issue regarding the water filtration so I contacted the concerned service centre (R.S. Enterprises) but any of their contact no. was not working. I then again called the Pureit and tell them the problem and the customer care person told me that they have only one registered company "GURU KRIPA Enterprise" and there is not any complain on July, 2019. She also denied that R.S. Enterprises was registered by them and told me if it is not from that registered company I have to do the AMC again. Then I contacted the person Mr. Kapil Singh to whom I sent the money through google pay. His earlier contact no. was [protected] where no one picked the phone. But as he send me a copy of the invoice through what’s up I got the changed no. [protected] and called him. He told me that he has left the company and now he will try to contact the company.
                    Today one technician came from “GURU KRIPA Enterprise” and told me the bill is not authentic and the vendor mentioned on bill is not their vendor and they took some parts from the machine also. I want to understand that every time a vendor is assigned to me, how would i know who is genuine and who is not. Surely someone from customer care or vendor might have committed this fraud. And if I am calling helpline and a technician is coming, how is it possible that someone from another unauthorised RO service centre came to my place. How did they know my number, my address, or the problem that i have? I have called pureit helpline only.
                    Moreover when the technician came yesterday, he told that this fraud has happened with many people and the company knows about it. So I am going to take this up legally, by fir and social media.
                    I am also attaching the photo of the bill, google pay account transfer details and sms.

                      I have purchased pureit marvella ro + uv less than nefore 2 years from now. I have replaced all gkk from pureit representatives more than 3 times. But now the issue is comming again showing all indications as red. I spoke to pureit customer care and they said circuit contoller to be replaced now due to improper service from executive. I am not able to understand what kind of service they do and if some damage is done by executive than same shall be replaced at risk and cost of company.

                      Hope early resolution of the issue

                      This is the only source of drinking water supply in our home... Its a request please look into this matter as soon as possible

                        It’s unfortunate that neither did i receive a call or an email from your end and we still haven’t got a solution.

                        We are paying money to purchase mineral water.

                        I am sure this is not the kind of service experience you like your customer to have.

                        Kindly resolve our issue. We just got gkk changed. The dealer says he was a new guy who came to change it. So why was he sent if he was not trained enough??

                          This is to bring to your notice that we recently got the gkk 2 changed for our marvella ro. Within 3 days there were issues again with its light blinking and next day the ro stopped taking water supply. Immediately we raised a complaint on the helpline number.

                          The dealer’s technician kept calling us but never visited. Today some mukesh kumar called and was very rude stating some excuse for not turning up, and said’ kar do company mei complaint’ (Go ahead and complain to the company) needless to say we are left aghast. There’s no drinking water supply and such unprofessional attitude of your service staff has left us very disappointed.

                            I had purchased rcx[protected], hul pureit mineral ro+mf, classic on 03 december 2017, in rs.10500/-.
                            From the day i have purchased i am facing problem. Every other day i have to call customer care and they send a technician, who takes visiting charge and replace some parts of the ro. Till today i have spent around rs. 7000/- in 17 months.
                            The work and replacement done is as follows:
                            05.08.2019, replacement of gkk, rs. 2950.00
                            21.11.2018, replacement of gkk, rs. 2850.00
                            14.05.2019, replacement of filter, rs. 450.00
                            27.08.2019, repair of leakage, rs. 650.00
                            Now after two days again there is leakage and the technician dinesh from arian enterprises, gurgaon is saying that the electric pbc has problem, so rs. 3100/- needs to be paid for replacement.
                            I have been harassed and troubled both financially and mentaly.
                            Please ask the company to replace the pbc free of cost and repair the leakage. And if possible take back this machine and refund my rs.10500/-, so that i can buy some other company ro.

                            Just after lodging my complain. I received phone call from the local service centre. They agreed to refund Rs.600/- charged against the leakage from RO system. And also gave me a warranty certificate for one year against any electrical issue in the pureit RO system. Thanks.

                              Dear Pureit Team,
                              Customer Complaints Department.

                              This is to inform that had purchased Ultima RO+UV with Oxytube model of Pureit in October 2016. Had put a complaint with helpline number on 19.08.2019 @ 8.34 am for blinking of SF. Immediately my complaint no CO[protected] was assigned to Shreeya Enterprises (Thane).

                              On 20.08.2019 the technician called up for verification of address and informed that he would visit around 3.30 pm. After waiting till 5.30 pm I called up the technician’s number who in turn informed me that the filter stock is over and would visit the next day by same time. Kindly note that the technician has no curtosy to inform the customer, if he cancels the visit.

                              On 21.08.2019 received call from technician at 2.30 pm that he would reach in some time. I requested to reach by 3.30 pm as I was out. When I called up at 3.25pm informing that I have reached home, he stated that he was on his way and would reach in half an hour, but did not turn up after that on that day.

                              On 22.08.2019 to my sheer surprise I received a message @ 17.48 hrs stating that my complaint no. CO[protected] has been attended. Thereafter I immediately put a re-complaint on the helpline number @ 17.50 hrs this time under the code for other reason as my complaint was not at all attended and still had received a message that the complaint is attended and resolved. This time my complaint no was CO[protected] and was again assigned to Shreeya Enterprises (Thane).

                              On 24.08.2019 call from technician that he would be coming down to change my SF which as per the records was changed on 22.08.2019. When I asked about this goof-up and the reason for the complaint so called falsely attended he could not answer. When I said that I would approach the company directly within 10 minutes I received a call from Shreeya Enterprise who informed that they closed my complaint as i booked complaint twice on 19.08.2019 and 22.08.2019. At this point I could very well understand that Shreeya Enterprise who is providing after sales for Pureit is taking me for a ride.

                              When I informed them that my second complaint was due to the message received from Pureit that my earlier complaint was attended, the blame game of technicians started. Then I was informed that the technician had visited on 22.08.2019, but the door was closed. This again was a pure lie as I waited all day on 22.08.2019 at home for the technician and no outsider can enter in our society without Entry in the visitor register and confirmation by the Security guard with the owner. After realizing that all the excuses put forth by them are totally baseless & falsely fabricated they disconnected the line with no defence.

                              This is not the first time that I have been facing unprofessional service. I had taken AMC for last 2 years but have received unsatisfactory service and the technicians being rude, casual in approach, having no system of keeping AMC records where the customer is asked to show the AMC agreement to every technician who visits during the contract period, and now being making false reporting o[censored]nattended complaints.

                              Now the present status is that my water purifier has stopped working due to unchanged SF and will remain so till my complaint is not attended and the service provider is not made answerable for his pathetic service.

                              In the light of the above, I am shocked that an esteemed company like Hindustan Unilever whom I trusted to purchase their best product in water purification Pureit is providing with the worst after sales service.

                              I hereby put on record the total unprofessional and unethical behaviour of Hindustan Unilever Pureit who have forwarded the worst after sales service.

                                I purchased pureit marvella ro +uv for rs 18000 in dec 2016. I was facing problem in ro and complained about the same in pureit customercare. My issue was addressed in 4 days with so many rigorous follow ups. Pureit executive without checking my device declared with circuit board is not working and refused to visit my home for checking the device.in just 2.5 years, the pcb (Circuit board) is damaged. It is costing rs 3500 as per pureit executive.
                                I feel very dissatisfied with pureit services and also looks like they have faulty pcb's installed in pureit ro's.
                                Request you to address my issue.

                                I have faced the same issue, PCB in our RO is damaged within 2 years. Aquagaurd is much better & easy to maintain too.

                                  Knorr hot and sour soup serve 4 packet
                                  I opened and made this soup and seeved it to my father in law and while he was having his soup something different unchewable thing came into his mouth and when he checked it was a peice of plastic . That too very thick plastic. This is not expected from a brand like hindustan unilever ...
                                  i want a justifiable answer to this pathetic quality which if consumed is very dangerous for health.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I purchased a pureit for my mom and dad as i really heard good things about you from my friends and family but the product which we bought on[protected] had some leakage problems so my father complained and the technician came and what he did was so unhygienic he applied a plastic tape to stop the leakage. It worked for somedays but then after some time it started to leak again we called again and this time he said it cant be repaired and we need to replace it.
                                    Since then my father is following up with pureit and technicians to get it replaced but still the issue persists can someone please help me in getting it resolved.
                                    I stay in chennai and my parents are now tired following up with them i request if anyone can step forward and help me.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is my second complaint within a span of 6 months. So you can easily consider what level of customer service you are providing to your existing customer.

                                      I have Pureit Ultima RO+UV water filter and bought AMC on that in start of year 2019. At the time of selling this AMC your customer service senior executive Prasanna who is also area lead for my Area assured me that there will be no charge for any part including SF for one year and there will also be no visiting charge for technician. I have called the customer care on 02.8.2019 and they told me that I have to pay Rs 250 for filter and 125 as visiting charge. Why your senior executive told me wrong information while advertising the product. More over when I purchased the AMC your vendor didn't provide me any bill. On asking he told me that company don't provide the bill. I have purchased the AMC in Feb 2019 and now I came to know that it has been updated from May 2019. Why?? Are you putting burden of new policy changes on existing customer?

                                      Also this is not the first time when I am facing trouble with my Area vendor. I have raised request for SF and for the AMC bill with help of customare care senior executive on friday 02.08.2019 and this is not yet resolved as of today 05.08.2019. The filter would stop anytime due to SF. Is pureit or HUL will pay for water if I would buy it from outside during this time??

                                      Why customer has to suffer so much in today also when every company say that they focus on customer service and value their customer?

                                      Is HUL enough sensitive to handle their customer queries with proper solution?
