[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — regd faulty circuit board only after 1.5 years o[censored]se | |||
Complaintco[protected]. We had brought pure it ultima water purifier by spending 18k. We received a gkk2 error and got the germ kill kit replaced by spending rs 3800. Soon after a day, we still got the gkk2 error. After calling the customer care they said the control circuit has become faulty and need to be replaced. The cost of new control circuit is 5k. So i am wondering is this the quality of the products that you are selling, or is it a well planeed pattern. After doing a simple google search, you can see almost all customers are facing the same issue. Are you guys just trying to fool people?? Was this information helpful? | |||
