I had bought a ultima pureit ro+uv water purifier. The technician has told me that the controller circuit needs changing. We buy a purifier so that it will last a very long time. It's only been 4 yrs since i bought one. Now i keep on doing the services and changing of the gkk1 and gkk2 which in itself. Now the controller is giving the problem. The controller is 5300+300 installation charges. The company should take responsibility in such case and replace or take guarantees on such parts. If it keeps on breaking down every 4 yrs. Why do we buy such expensive products. The company has to take responsibility in such cases. Or are your machines made of low grade materials or imports from china. Looks like one as the keep on breaking down.
