[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — ultima pureit ro+uv water purifier | |||
I had bought a ultima pureit ro+uv water purifier. The technician has told me that the controller circuit needs changing. We buy a purifier so that it will last a very long time. It's only been 4 yrs since i bought one. Now i keep on doing the services and changing of the gkk1 and gkk2 which in itself. Now the controller is giving the problem. The controller is 5300+300 installation charges. The company should take responsibility in such case and replace or take guarantees on such parts. If it keeps on breaking down every 4 yrs. Why do we buy such expensive products. The company has to take responsibility in such cases. Or are your machines made of low grade materials or imports from china.
