Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that a pureit germ Kill kit for Classic Model 23liter was ordered by me on 5th of June. Till date the kit has not been received.I am talking to HUL’s customer care executives almost everyday to enquire about the status but they all have just one reply that they are really sorry for the delay and that the kit will be delivered within 2 days. Every time they file a complain and raise my query on urgent base and ask me that person will come and replace the kit, which appeared very convincing.
After that the excuse was that the complaint is set at top priority/most urgent status, and will be attended by tomorrow.

    We asked for replacement of gkk1 kit on 27 th of may to our pureit unit. We got a reply stating the price of the kit and service charges as rs. 2800/-. From sri ram, j. P. Nagar 6 th phase, k. R layout, bangalore. Ph. No. [protected]. One mr. Vijay is supposed to bring the unit and he says
    Today tomorrow as on today and 12 days are over and still he is coming. Kindly look into the matter.

      I buy new control assembly circuit for pureit classic uv+ on[protected]. On[protected] it's stop working. Technician told need to replace with new. I was thinking about is HUL products quality.. It's very bed experience.. Better to take any local Ro purifier.. Your authorized vendor are only taking money.. Not giving service to users.. Pathetic services

          I stay in airoli. I have registerd complaint on 12th may. Complaint no is[protected] last 7 days i have daily called to customer care. They only said we will arrange the technician. Still not arranged. I have received the number of technician. He is not responding the calls. So what should i do know.in the morning to afternoon customer care number is mostly switch off either out of coverage area. Arrange the technician or take your machine.

          Hope i will get some positive response from your end.

            I had registered a service request at hul customer care on the 11th of april, as the device stops working automatically once the indicators blink for kit change. Water services are essential but since it was lockdown they dint complete the job. But after the services at hulbhad resumed, i kept calling for servicing but they only try convincing clients that the job will be done within a day. The distributors phone no. Is switched off. I have paidva heavy amc for the whole year. Pathetic technicians who dont know their work and even try to do fraud

              I bought a “pears oil clear glow facewash” (Ultra mild) the famous product from hindustan unilever last week. It is written on packet to look on crimp to know the price (Mrp), packing date, batch number and expiry date. Unfortunately, the price (Mrp), packing date, batch number and expiry date written on the crimp is unreadable and unclear. Herewith i attached some photographs for your kind perusal. Please see the photo i provided. This is misleading and insulting to the consumer. The price and details should be clearly printed on the packet to be understood by everyone. This has not happened here. This is not what a customer expects from a reputable and customer-friendly company hindustan unilever. Take necessary action against this case..

                The purifier is leaking in the bottom i have complained this through customer rcare in march
                Till date nobody is came and from past two days iam trying to call customer care the no is switched off it is coming
                Today morning call is connected i spoke with some executive she is informed me that system is not opening please disconnect the call again you try to customer care
                Again i calling to customer care no is switched off
                One year guarantee is there for the product but customer care executive nos are switched off

                Please do the needful

                  Dear team

                  Drafting this mail in so much disgust and disappointment, Customer service is a very basic thing that any consumer may expect from a company which Hindustan level has drastically failed. I do understand the service part is been out sourced to so called New wave agency based in Chennai. To be frank I have not seen so much rude individuals from that particular service team.

                  Let me explain what happened and this is not the first instance I’m facing this issue. This has been an ongoing issue each and every time I order a GKK.

                  My machine was very fine and running smooth I just had to order GKK1. I ordered online and I very much appreciate service team coming and replacing the GKK during this lockdown from my bottom of my heart kudos to them.

                  GKK was replaced and service person changed told me there is a leak which he was not able to arrest and said a part has to be replaced. I promptly told him to go ahead since I had no choice and to my understanding if a part is been replaced it should be a new one and you charge me for the same. But Mr Srinivasan it was not it was not taken from a packing or sealed package it was very old and they charged for the that stating it was new. I had no issues since we need drinking water at home which was a basic amenity and your service people left and within 1hr again it started to leak I called service person again he said he cannot come again since his job was over. So I registered a complaint online for leakage on 17th April and today an representative came from new wave agency and told there is a leakage due to faulty tube and that has to be changed and that tube was changed again for a cost and right from the moment he left. Motor pump has been running continuously till the evening I called the service person again he claims that again a module has to be replaced even without checking the machine he directly told me that has to be replaced and it will cost me more.

                  when I didn’t have any module issue or faulty tube issue before changing the GKK, Why did I have his after changing it “AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. THIS HAPPENED TO ME PREVIOUSLY WHILE CHANGING THE GKK2” Same issue they came changed and left there was leakage complaint again they said this has to be changed and that has to be changed I don’t understand why is NEW WAVE AGENCY trying to loot there customer. Kindly have a check how many times I have given a complaint right after my GKK was replaced. This has been a ongoing issue with me and New Wave agency and they are down right rude to the customers as well. I don’t think they have been trained well in handling customer or resolving complaints.

                  I'm done and fed up calling back to back and complaining let my issue is not resolved each and every time they try to rip me off.

                  I have taken time as a customer to mention the issue I’m facing. And request you to address the issue asap since we don’t have drinking water and there are no shops to buy canned water.

                    Hello,
                    I am writing this in reference to the service that you guys are providing to me from the last 2 months. Well, i am using your ro+uv product from the last 5 yrs and never faced any problem that i am facing from the last 2-3 months. Well, first of all the purifier was filtering the water slow, so i called the technician and he said that need to change the motor and it will be done. So i did that. Ever since he changed the motor, my ro+uv is showing a red mark. I called the technician and asked him that why it is doing so, so he told me that it is just a static and need to turn off and turn on and it will be fine. Now since then i am using my ro+uv like this. Every time turn it off and turn it on. Now today the ro+uv stopped functioning at all so i raised a complaint regarding the same and the same technician visited me. Now after he checked it, he now saying that i have checked it from a local technician and that the adapter wire is cut and need to be changed. Now my question to you is that:

                    A) if you check my records, every time i have an issue with this ro+uv i always call the support desk number and you assign the tech from the same agency which is guru kripa. Now how the hell i called local technician is beyond my understanding as every time the same technician fixes the issue.

                    B) now after 2 months he is telling me the adapter is damaged where in he is the one who fixed the issue with the motor.

                    C) ever since this issue is fixed on the ro+uv the filter level has not changed at all and it showing the same.

                    Now, today when he checked and he told me a price of rs 7000+ to change the adapter. Well my question to you is that, is this the new way to fetch money out of a consumer pocket every time when you damage the purifier yourself and ask the consumer to pay for it.

                    Well, this is my last email and complaint to you because after today i wont be using any product coming from hindustan unilever and neither i would be entertaining any services from your third graded guru kripa and the technician sandeep. You guys really a cheater and a fraudster. I wont even recommend anyone to use your products

                    well it has nothing to do with lockdown or anything. first thing is that kindly pay enough salaries to your employees or kindly verify and do a double check on the agencies that you hire and the people that you send to change the filters etc. on the 3rd of may, 2020 your representative from hindustan unilever came to visit my house and checked the pureit ro+uv and he told me that the adapter which is there is not original. which means the guy who came from your so called agency that is guru kripa that guy sandeep did a fraud and scam and he kept the original part with him and got a duplicate one in the filter. i wasn't able to do anything further because may be it is my bad luck and it is your good luck that i misplaced the bill but eventually your people and the entire hinduatan unilever is a fraudulent company and you guys just suck money. so i am no longer using your third grade product anymore and also the other relatives and houses that i have, i have strongly recommended them not to use your products.so it has nothing to do with lockdown.

                            2 weeks back I ordered for GKK2 replacement
                            Technician came and replaced it
                            He said it’s working
                            After 1 day it’s leaking, I didn’t heard the motor sound

                            Called him again
                            He came and checked it and said functioning even it’s not purifying water
                            After 2 days again it leaking fro 2 sides
                            I called technician he replied he doesn’t know inform main technician
                            The main technician came after 2 days, he said the filter is not working and the previous technician fitted in wrong way these many days u r drinking unpurified water
                            The circuit board was not functioning .
                            We contacted PURE IT manager he told he will call back
                            After making so many calls he is not responding

                            It’s 7500 rs filter
                            For GKK2 4500 we paid, now they telling circuitboard was failed which will cost 2500
                            If the filter failed then y did u put GKK2 filter
                            It’s the technician who spoiled the filter
                            Such a pathetic response from pure it manager
                            How can they waste our money
                            I request plz look in to this and repair the circuit board or else take back GKK2 filter set

                                While registration its says within 7 days you get the delivery...

                                But its almost 2 month and i didn't get any smartpick box..

                                If hul or smartpick don't want to send it then just inform me so i don't wait for your products..

                                Customers also suffer of fake delivery of smartpick box.. Courier company automatically confirm the delivery to the customer without delivering the smartpick box.

                                Its hul's and smartpick's losses because without reaching to your product how customer know your product.

                                Smartpick order [protected] is not delivered yet. Plz help. I have got free delivery offer on Facebook and ordered on 29/11/2020 and not delivered yet.
                                I had ordered free samples from smartpick.Co.In around 10 days before. Yesterday at 27 march 2021 at 10:18 pm i received a message saying that my product will be soon out for delivery but at 10:33 pm it says that my box has been delivered order id:- [protected]
                                but the main question is how does this scam happens by the delivery executive's without the pin.

                                  I had called Pureit customer care on 23rd jan 2020 to book a 3000l GKK. Since my kit was almost over, they told me that I’m under “Pureit” promise and it will be delivered to me ASAP and that a technician will contact me. Neither dis I get a call nor did the product reach me. i got a message from Unilever saying if it is not delivered, I will get the GKK for free. I called back on Sunday with a fresh complaint, and neither did any one from customer care called nor did any technician called. I called the number on Monday at 2:30pm when they behaved like as though they had no clue and the technician calls me back saying he couldn’t reach my number whereas he was able to reach me after I complained. It’s been 105 hours and the filter is still not replaced. It shows sheer negligence and disregard for a client who has been using Pureit for more than 11 years and this has happened repeatedly. Now the technician says he will try to come before 8pm and I have to pay the full amount. Hindustan Unilever is running a fraud system with automatic replies of ‘72 hours or free’ just to keep the clientele at bay. I would like to see strict action taken for no upkeep or follow up of a flawed customer service and delivery system.

                                    I bought this product to keep my toilet fresh and clean. I used this product on toilet seat and left it for some time. By the time i washed it, it had dried and after washing it left permanent blue stains on the back seat cover and on the main seat cover. Even after a month of washing these stains reuse to go. My new seat cover is permanently damaged. I am very very disappointed with this product. Please put warning on your product so that people do not suffer like me

                                      We were getting the indication that sf needs to be changed so we called the technician to replace that.
                                      However when he came and cleaned that, as soon as he switched it on again the lights in the house began to trip. Now he is saying that the pcb is faulty and needs to be replaced costing inr 3200.
                                      I do not understand how it is possible that the machine was on until he came and no lights were tripped until then.
                                      Do not expect such quality from a company of this stature. Need replacement foc.

                                        This is to inform you that i have register for your smartpick product on november - 2019 and after waiting a lot finally you dispatched the parcel and i got the sms that your parcel has been successful delivered on 1st january, 2020 but i haven't received any parcel yet.

                                        Even while tracking the awb numbers it displays the status delivered

                                        I have tried calling the customer care number also so many times but they responded that i have to wait more for the delivery.

                                        Your customer care executive are teaching us that due to technical error the sms was sent. If suppose they are correct then this procedure of wrong sms sending due to technical error is still coming to many of my colleagues until now.

                                        Instead of giving wrong commitments and lie replies kindly look upon the matter seriously and do the needful. As this complain is not of mine alone this matters every customers of yours who have trusted and ordered your product.

                                        Or just inform the customers to forget the parcel because you are sending the parcel and your delivery agent st courier and they are taking that parcel to there home. Or might be hul is taking those parcels back and re-dispatching them to other customers.

                                        I don't care whatever issue you have what i know is i have booked some product from you and you need to send me atleast after waiting for more that 2 months

                                        While registration its says within 7 days you get the delivery...

                                        But Its almost 2 month and i didn't get any smartpick box..

                                        If HUL or Smartpick don't want to send it then just inform me so i don't wait for your products..

                                        Customers also suffer of FAKE DELIVERY of Smartpick Box.. Courier company automatically confirm the delivery to the customer without delivering the Smartpick Box.

                                        Its HUL's and Smartpick's losses because without reaching to your product how customer know your product.
