Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — worst customer service behaviours | |||||
Hi, I had to change my sediment filter, called customer care for more than 100 times, every time they say they will send the technician, but they never send, calling them daily for past 1 week, daily same story. They are sending the technician number, but when we call them they abuse us. Today one technician came, he changed the filter, but when he left after sometime, it started leaking, when we called him, he started abusing in bad words. Even the area manager is speaking very rudely. We stay in pune - 411015, when we bought the pureit from croma, they said they have very good service in all the areas. But now they say there is no service in 411015 - which is one of the main pin codes in pune. Pureit technicians / area managers are literally abusing customers, they think they are giving some free things/service to us. Kindly take some action and resolve the issue, also in future when we need to change any filters, be responsible and change it..
