[Resolved] Purplle.com — awaiting refund since a month | |||
I ordered 2 lipsticks from purplle.com on 30th nov and got delivery on 5th dec. As the color was different from image and quality was not worth, so i returned them on 7th dec. After waiting for few days i got refund but that was for only 1 lipstick, i called them next for 2nd one and they said within 2 days they will proceed but i have not received any update from them. Spoke with customer care many times but everytime i got ans that it will be done in 2 days. Kindly look into this asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please replace a dameged or defective item . Wrong product in my order

I ordered some cosmetic COD from website, but when I received the parcel I really didn't like quality of some product so I returned those products.. now from past 1 week I m trying to contact customer care no. but it's not answering.. I want refund for products..My order id is #[protected]. I need my refund as soon as possible..
