I ordered 2 bottles of Faces Canada Makeup Fixer setting spray, L'oreal Paris Extraordinary oil serum, Maybelline New York Fit Me Concealer and 1 bottle of Maybelline New York Super Stay Full Coverage Foundation. I have received only 1 bottle of the Faces Canada spray, L'oreal serum, Maybelline Concealer and didn't receive the Foundation.
I have been putting return requests but they are rejecting them. Also, I have called them 10-20 times, mailed them 5-10 times but every time they tell me that they can't help me because they have verified the issue and they have delivered the products. But I didn't receive the products. I shared my unboxing video and images of the products as well but still no help. Why should I pay for something I didn't even get?
Also, whenever I call them, I have to explain my issue to a new executive and then they mute the call and do not respond. Every time they tell me that they have verified it with the warehouse and they have delivered the products but I didn't get them.
