Dear purplle team,

Thanks for the wonderful experience for being the first time buyer. I have placed an order on 19th july and on 29th i am getting the message of cancellation due to unavailability. When i browse the site today, its again showing product on sale. Is this some kind of joke..??? Totally unethical...
If product still available is on sale, how it can be cancelled...

Is this some kind of joke..??? Totally unethical...

As a customer i am feeling like cheated. I do not agree to your cancellation...
Need resolution asap.

We were expecting a fresh stock to arrive in 2 to 3 working days. The same was delayed due to stock issues. Since we were unable to dispatch the product in 10 days from the date of order placed, it was cancelled by the system.

As per your conversation with our customer service representative we have re-opened your order therefore as we receive the stock we will certainly dispatch your order on priority.

We are sorry to disappoint you with our services. We assure you that this will not happen again.
