We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We do see that you tried making payment of Rs640/- on 09/11/2020 however, all the 4 transactions got failed. Upon checking in our system we found that we have not received payment against any of the transaction, screenshots of which are attached herein. We urge you to wait for 2-4 working days for the amount to be reversed by the payment gateway. In case, you still do not find the amount in your statements, kindly raise a dispute with the UPI service provider giving the reference of failed transaction ids & the screenshots.

If you have not received the amount in the provided time frame, we request you to check the order status in case if it is placed. If not, please contact your bank, for further assistance as there might be an issue from your bank’s end.
