Purplle.com — Cheaters- not letting me use the amount that already exists in my account that I had already paid for | |||
I purchased goods worth around 2000 from the online shopping site - Purplle.com. I had prepaid the order via my Payback card. However, one of the items went out of stock and after repeated follow ups the customer care section said t hey would refund the amount in the form of Purplle loyalty points, which I could use at one go if I called up the Customer Care during the time of my next purchase. Now when I'm making another purchase at the same site, the Customer Care says that I can redeem only 10% of the Purplle points, since the terms and conditions have changed. Neither are they willing to pay me back the cash in my account in exchange for the purplle point. Advise everyone never to buy from this site. Its pathetic. They're cheaters!
