[Resolved] Purplle.com — coupon code applied but benifits not recieved | |||
Purplle.com is the worst online site I have ever seen. Customer care executives does not listens and respond to you properly. I have placed an order ([protected])on 10th Sept ’14 by applying a coupon code I have received in mail. I was getting many other deals for the product which I bought but found purple was giving best deal by providing that coupon code so I decided to buy from purple.com. The time I placed order I received the message that coupon code has been successfully applied for Olay regenerist cream. But I have still not received the Olay regenerist cream. When I have called customer care regarding this they say that coupon code was not applied and when I said I have screenshot of the same they started making different excuses. Also I have complained via email, to that I received the reply that free unit has been dispatched but on follow up they again said coupon code was not applied. This way they try to cheat the customers. Worst Online Shopping site. Was this information helpful? | |||
