[Resolved]  Purplle.com — damaged, broken and leaked products

Scammy app-I ordered multiple cosmetic items from Purplle.com. Out of those, some arrived broken and others were leaking badly. Additionally, the free gift that was clearly shown at the time of purchase was missing from the parcel.

I had uploaded proper proof with clear images, but they falsely claimed that no images were submitted. The return request was rejected with the usual excuse of “quality checked” — even though the products were clearly defective on arrival.

Their customer support was robotic and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept repeating the same scripted response — showing a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.

This doesn’t feel like an accident, but a *pattern of negligence and false advertising*. Products were damaged even before packing, and the response from the platform was completely irresponsible.

This platform cannot be trusted. Total waste of money, time, and trust. Buyers should be extremely cautious.

Purplle is a pathetic, irresponsible and dishonest platform.
They delivered all items in completely damaged condition — broken, leaked, and unusable. I uploaded all image proofs immediately, yet they lied and rejected my return claiming “no images uploaded.
They later defended this with a fake “investigation” saying all products were checked before shipping which is completely false. Their investigation is nothing but a cover-up for their carelessness.

A free product that was promised was also missing — another false promise.

They clearly don’t care about customers or ethics.

Purplle is a scammy app that looks polished but works like a third-class service. Avoid it at all costs. They don’t stand by their products, and once your money is taken, they’ll leave you with nothing.
Highly unprofessional, shameful, and fraudulent behavior.
Matter still stands unresolved
