This is to bring to your urgent attention a highly disappointing experience regarding my prepaid order (Order ID: 9***********4 | AWB No: 30**********56) placed on 18th October. The expected delivery date was 28th October, but till date, the order has not been delivered.
For the past five consecutive days, I have been receiving repeated messages saying “Arriving Today”, yet no delivery attempt or call has been made by your delivery partner. At the end of each day, I receive a “Delivery Failed” message without any explanation or communication. This repeated false update is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, despite the order being prepaid, I have neither received the product nor any proper support. I have tried reaching out through the chat support on the app as well as through customer care calls, but there has been no response.
As a long-time and loyal customer of Purplle, I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. This situation amounts to gross negligence and misleading communication. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further through appropriate channels.
I request you to either deliver my order immediately or initiate a full refund without any further delay.
