[Resolved]  Purplle.com — did not get the refund yet

I have ordered 10 products from purplle.com on 10th jan-2019. 6 of them got delivered on 16th jan and 4 got delivered on 14th jan. I have requested them for the return of 8 products due to quality issue on the day i got it. First they have denied to take the return request then i had told them as per their return policy theses products are eligible for the return. Finally they agreed for the return after so many calls and emails. But i had to take the follow ups for the return pick up for almost 10-12 days then they sent their person for the return pick up on 31st jan. All 8 products were picked up on the same day and all were checked by their pick up person and i have got the acknowledgement for all 8 products but they have refund only for 6 products on 8th feb and that is also after so many calls and emails from my side. They have not given me refund of 2 products yet. I am sending them reminders but they are not replying back. I am not able to attach the acknowledgement slip due to bigger size but i have already shared the acknowledgement slip with purplle.com.
I am just fed up thatswhy i am writing to you. You guys have helped me a lot.
You have resolved maximum of the complaints raised by me. Really appreciate it :-)

I have got the refund only for 6 products. What about 2 more products which were picked up. The return pick was arranged by you and I have the acknowledgement slip. When o spoke to couriers services they said it is already delivered to purplle then why are you not refunding my money. O have already shared the acknowledgement slips via email to Purplle customer care Id.

I have two products. One of them Was good. But the other product I requested to return. On the 2nd March I have got my order. Without any delay I requested to return it. But I didn't know what to choose the exact reason so I selected the quality reason also mentioned about less than half of the quantity. They are rejecting again and again my request. There is less than half of the product and the pump is used and the paper seal is broken. Please return this product and refund my money.
Again they rejected my request by saying that it's against our policy. When I was unaware of their policy then they had called me. But when I got to know about what I have to explain, no one called me for verification. And without any call they again and again rejected the request. I have told everything to customer care. But they only say sorry I can't help you.

I ordered 6 products from purplle by mistake one more product is ordered i reached out to customer care they suggested to take it and initiate return afterwards but after recieving the product they were not even accepting the return request and fooled me with that product of 1000 rupee i am facing much problem reached out to customer care many time bt they are not providing any solution and I am not the able person to bare 1000 rupee loss please help me of possible i m trying out this from last 4 days bt not getting any response
