Purplle.com — Did not receive all items of my online order | |||
I had placed an order of 2 items on the www.purplle.com website on 8-Dec'13 by paying amount - Rs 1014 (Order No. - [protected]) . On 9-Dec'13, I called up their customer care center to know the status of my order. There was no response from their side & received a sms that please write to [protected]@purplle.com & they will revert in 6 hours. I wrote an e-mail to them and asked about my order that till when it will be shipped. I got no reply from their side. On 19-Dec-13, I received a message that my order is partly shipped with item value Rs 319. I received that item on 22-Dec-13. Today is 24-Dec and I again called them up to know the status of the second item of the order, still there is no response and again received the same sms that please write to us. I have just fed up from these people. Can you please help in getting my money back? Was this information helpful? | |||
