On 30th Oct I made a purchase through online payment...but the order was cancelled through purplle side... they mailed me on 30th Oct that they have initiated the refund...still did not get it

I have sent my account statement to purplle which shows I have not received it .. I have mailed them 20 times but they give me same response by computer... I have also contacted the bank they have said they can't do anything with transaction id...highly disappointed with this unprofessional behavior with purple Was this information helpful? |
